I'm very happy with my purchase
It took about a month to come and I had to choose a different colour than I originally wanted, the fitted the higher powered battery as ordered, but not the hard tires, that i requested, those took several months to get to me, but when they arrived a very friendly fellow ( from green power) put them on for me on delivery. 6 months later my battery became faulty and after calling them and going through the checks, I had to wait 12 days for yhe same wonderful guy to fit a new one.
Over all they are good company, but would recommend stocking up better so not letting disabled people wait so long for their independence to resore.

everyone explained everything in detail, and all paperwork etc came when it was supposed to, plus this mobility scooter was newer and far more expensive than his previous one yet the insurance premium was half the price and far more comprehensive, and covered everything we needed it to, would recommend anyone wanting this kind of insurance to go to them,
