Fast response to claim request
Thought I needed to make a claim on the extended warranty part of my insurance. Spoke to a very helpful lady and within minutes if my call had the email she promised asking the questions they needed answers to.
My email reply was answered speedily. Luckily I got the scooter repaired at no cost as it was just a loose screw!!!! So I did not need further help but all contact was helpful and speedy.
Gives me confidence if I need help in the future.

I have 2 policies with Surewise Insurance being disabled. Firstly their prices are absolutely reasonable and not expensive. If your direct debit doesn't go through, they give you a grace period before cancelling your insurance.
