I had the pleasure of dealing with Hussien. I explained the situation which was moving many of the items in my mothers home to storage as she lived in a council home but is now in a nursing home for her remaining time.
I didn’t have a fixed date as I needed to wait for a confirmed start date for mum’s new service and Hussien ensured that this was never an issue and just wanted to make sure everything was OK for me as mum’s home is a fair way from my home.
Although we had completed much of the packing we had a few items still to be packed up sensitively and a pay per box service was set up, which actually saved me a fair amount of money.
On the day I met the team at my mum’s at 8am. Silviu called to say they were outside - there was a 50m communal green space in front of the first floor house so parking was quite a walk away.
Silviu, Cristian and Ion introduced themselves, were kind, courteous, understanding of my situation and ultimate professionals. Treating all the items with care and ensuring everything was packed up safely.
I was so impressed at just how much they could physically pick up and move and the majority of the content of a 3 bedroom house was in the van and on the road in an hour and three quarters.
A few hours later I met the guys at the storage unit where it took just under an hour to pack everything away perfectly. The number of boxes packed by them was agreed and Hussein called and I paid for the service there and then so that the whole transaction was complete.
I can’t recommend Sure Removals highly enough and will absolutely use them again without hesitation.

Our experience with Sure Removals was great from start to finish. We were fortunate to be able to move on a weekday but it was a distance move from a third floor flat. The team of Paul and Ali were punctual, polite, careful and speedy. Arrangements leading up to the day were handled well and punctually by Liam. All in all a very positive experience.

We chose Sure Removals to help with our move recently and were really pleased with their competitive price, efficiency and the service we received. This was the first time we'd moved home properly and needed to use a removal firm, so we were a bit apprehensive, but they helped everything go smoothly - we were in our new home, and ready to start unpacking well before 10am! Have just moved with Sure Removals. Hussien was a big help in getting everything coordinated, and Christian and Alex were the ones that were there on the day. They were fantastic! Showed up early, were incredibly fast (I was really impressed how quickly all of my stuff was moved out and moved in!) and they were very professional all the way through. Moving is never fun, but this really couldn't have gone any smoother! Definitely recommend!

I was super grateful for the help of Sure Removals. I had some large equipment that needed moving on the day, along with a last-minute delay of moving date from my estate agent, leaving me scrambling to find a moving service last minute. Hussien was so helpful and accommodating in organising the whole thing, and the team on the day (Stefan, Silviu and Paul) were so professional, considerate, and patient. An all around very professional and well managed experience! Liam was super helpful in the lead up to the house move. We had a few changes of dates and other complicating factors, and he was always very quick in responding and very accommodating. The crew on the day of the move (Marius, Robert, Marian and Paul) did a fantastic job - they showed up on time, put a protective film down, and took great care with everything that needed to be moved. They disassembled and reassembled the larger furniture, and put everything into the room of choice in the new house. If we ever move again, we will definitely use SureRemovals again, thank you!

Fantastic experience the whole way through.

Liam was extremely helpful and gave me a quote over the phone within 5 minutes, only 48hours before moving. It was our first time moving and I was very anxious. He answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind. The payment was very straightforward, which helped to take stress off.

Alex and Christian helped us on the day, and they were just amazing! They arrived early, covered all the floors and took care of all of our belongings like they were their own. They ensured everything was placed safely in the truck and protected any fragile items. No one complained about how big or how many items we had, as long as they fit in the van it was absolutely fine. They even stopped over at another location and picked up more items for us.

Once we finished packing and arrived at the new location, our completion took longer than we expected, Alex and Christian waited patiently and even played with our dogs.

They once again, covered all our floors and took all our belongings out of the car and into the new house ensuring our items were carefully placed in each room. We had zero damages.

They were honestly so sweet, profesional, and so caring with our belongings that it made what should have been a very stressful experience, a very enjoyable one.

When we finally got our keys, it had been one hour over the agreed time. I called the office and Liam assured me there was no problem and I simple paid one extra hour.

Really great experience using Sure Removals. Liam was great to work with to arrange my move and was always responsive and gave a great service. Marius and Robert packed and moved me on the day and were very quick and careful and moved everything without issue. I would highly recommend Sure Removals to anyone looking for a great service at a good price.

They were really good 3 years ago when they took my items into storage. Arranged for things to be picked up and for a storage company to take them in. However once I had finally bought a house communication became a lot slower. I was left out of the loop unless I sent several emails. I got a call the day they were meant to deliver to find their truck had broken down but this was half way through the day. I do have to say that the guys who turned up the next day were good and very quick at getting things unloaded but I had to ring to get an eta rather than the company ringing me which I had been promised the day before.

What was a very nervous day, turned out to be a great experience, honestly firstly Liam from the management team guided us with all the necessary information we needed, then a day before Marius turned up on the time given and packed the whole house, in superb time also with great care, then on the day we had Marius again, Christian and Robert, who were all fantastic, also with a great sense of humour which made the move more enjoyable, they removed all the items and brought them to our new house, and also there was no rush unpacking our stuff, they took their time and made sure all our furniture was reassembled and everything was in good working order, before they left they made sure we were happy too and left with a smile, I wish I could give sure removals 10 stars. Thanks guys, a great start to our new home experience.

The guys (Silviu and Armani) were great. Very very thorough and careful . Got a little stuck in traffic which pushed our start time back, but they did the job effectively and efficiently without any rest. I would happily use Sure Removals again, and I would recommend them to others.
