Kyle is prompt

Kyle is prompt, attentive, efficient and courteous. He sorted out (what is for me) a complex series of mailbox issues.
He is most patient in dealing with a non-IT person`s questions.
Would I recommend him?
Yes of course. A very professional and nice chap.

I had a fantastic service. The tech support was amazing. Andrew, who was the IT support was professional, prompt, competent and polite. He sorted out what appeared to be a major issue in minutes. NerdApp = the BEST platform to provide IT support globally

NerdApp has allowed me to continue supporting clients remotely and in person. It's intuitive and efficient in terms of communication with the client and working with NerdApp support as well. Support, might I add, is VERY responsive and are always looking to help. This is critical as it allows me to focus more on assisting client's with their IT needs. If you're looking to work with a new IT support platform and a fresh perspective on delivering said support, NerdApp is for you. A+++
