Whoever set this up

Whoever set this up, did an amazing job.
I'm super impressed with the service.
My laptop was fixed at a very affordable price compared to the quotes I got elsewhere and it was super quick too.
Alex was very helpful.
Would highly recommended this company

Poor work, help if adviser new what they were doing

Contacted NERDApp this afternoon for online support to remove my email account from my laptop, he then offered to clear everything of my laptop and just leave Microsoft on it, he tried to do it but when walked away to do something and came back he was looking at other stuff and advised it had stopped.
Then advised he had not done this before so just asked him to stop at that stage.

Excellent work. They work with proper computer engineers not NVQ trained technicians that called themselves engineers. Very pleased with the quality of work. Will definitely use again.

Yesterday my life changed for the better ..

Yesterday, 27th April, 2022 I made contact with nerdapp.com as I needed some real help from a Nerd who understands Apple imac. Some important software which I had loaded had refused to open, it was beyond me and friends who tried to assist. I knew that I needed "Remote Support" from a competent Techy. Not knowing anything about this "Outfit" I was very reluctant to give all my card details, but was desperate and hopeful that I could trust these guys to be honest and be able to solve my problem.
After a brief contact with a guy who could not offer "Remote Support" with the clock ticking I was transferred to Volkan Sakar who assured me that my 'Charge' would not start until he took control. He was professional and patient and such a nice pleasant guy who is EXCELLENT at what he does - WOW - A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE - My thanks and gratitude go out to VOLKAN whom I would whole heartedly recommend to anyone requiring tech support. The Job cost me £36 and it was worth every penny!

My interaction was pleasant enough

My interaction was pleasant enough, but the problem was ultimately not resolved. It seemed to be okay, but returned shortly after the call was ended. Didn't feel like paying more money to return to someone who didn't really seem to be familiar with the issue.

Problem not resolved but the guy tried…

Problem not resolved but the guy tried everything and was good at his job. He genuinely exhausted every option for an hour and a half. Although it is hard to part with £72 when problem couldn't be solved
