Support Pets, assisted with my renewal ESA paper work. I missed the letter from Support Pets with the questionaire the doctor needed to renew my dog as an ESA letter dog. Support Pets is customer oriented, and responded to my request for assistance within 24 hours.

I do not recommend this company
I do not recommend this company, about 4 years ago I signed my pup up for this. Initially for the basic package. They up-sell like all companies do, so I went with what called signature package currently. It was difficult just to get the letter and to this day NEVER received the package I upgraded to! Trying to contact anyone was like pulling teeth. They had no problem charging my credit card twice for initial charge then the upgrade.
Here's a thought for my fellow dog owners train your dog so they will follow your commands and most importantly not bark at everything. This month my dog turns 5 years old, we go on walks with no leash. I can tell her to sit near the door of a convenient store or anywhere and she will stay there til I return. I used Don Sullivan's training program that uses praise over treats! We travel for work and when we do get a motel room she stays for free as a service dog.

The site is confusing. I thought I was signing up for $99 and the invoice and charge was $134, then you want more money for the tag! Can't you just do it in one step and be honest about cost?

Got my letter within 24 hours
Got my letter within 24 hours, next day my apartment accepted my documents. They immediately waived the pet fee. Thought this was a scam, but it absolutely works!
