Sorry but the scalp fill in pieces doesn't blend with my hair. The vase of the pieces are too thick and look super weird on my thin hair.
I will be contacting to exchange for something more suitable for my thin hair.

Amazing customer service, warehouse picker may need a question?
One of my packs of hair extensions was sent in the wrong colour but the customer service was absolutely amazing, such lovely people so helpful. We werent able to get the colour hair I ordered on time as it was out of stock which was a bummer and the only reason I am taking a star off, I think the warehouse sent me the incorrect hair as the hair I had ordered was out of stock hoping I wouldnt mind, which was abit disappointing but the customer service and the hair itself is fantastic

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. ✨🥰 We’re very sorry that one of your packs arrived in the incorrect colour and that the shade you originally ordered was unavailable in time. We completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient this would have been.
Please be assured that we would never intentionally send a different colour without your approval. We’ll be passing your feedback on to our warehouse team so we can look into what happened and help prevent this from happening again.
We’re so glad our customer service team was able to assist you and that you’re happy with the quality of the hair. Your kind words about our team truly mean a lot to us. ❤️ Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to help. We hope your next experience with us is a perfect one!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're so sorry to hear about your delivery experience.
We completely understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, especially when you're located in central Auckland. While we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, once a parcel has been handed over to NZ Post, the delivery timeframe is unfortunately outside of our control.
We truly appreciate your patience and your feedback, and we'll continue working closely with our shipping partners to provide the best possible service.
If there's anything we can do to assist with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We'd be more than happy to help. 💜
