Quality not what it used to be
I have been going to Superior Hair for around 7 years. Unfortunately, in the last couple of years, I have noticed the quality of the hair has deteriorated. My last set shedded and thinned and became more like 16 to 18inches rather than 22 inches within around 8 months. My current new set noticeably sheds every time I brush or comb no matter how gentle I am. Previously hair has lasted a year or more and not thinned and shedded.

Awful and bulky
These hair extensions are not "seamless" at all. The tape is thick and bulky. I've had to take them out after one day. I'm going back to my other brand I usually use after deciding to give these ones a try and now completely wasting my money.

We’re sorry to hear the Seamless Tape-Ins weren’t the right fit for you.
We do want to clarify the comments around them being “thick and bulky”, as our Seamless Tape-Ins were specifically developed with a smaller, finer adhesive band than the traditional wider tape styles. We previously used the older-style wider bands in our own salon and moved away from them specifically because they were bulkier and more visible in the hair.
This is also our most popular semi-permanent extension method. We’ve sold over 6,000 units in the past six months alone, and #18/613, the shade purchased, is currently our top-selling shade. Feedback describing this product as thick or bulky is therefore very unusual for us.
We completely respect that everyone has their own preference, particularly when changing from a brand or tape construction they are already accustomed to. However, we did feel it was important to provide some context, as the finer and more discreet construction is one of the key reasons our Seamless Tape-Ins are so popular.

Balayage highlights no damage
Arrived really quickly and the hair is great quality. No difficulty blending into my natural hair. I got extensions with balayage so I didn’t need to colour damage my own hair and it looks amazing!

Ponytail hair extensions 20inch
I purchased 20inch ponytail hair extension, didn't suit my hair type (fine hair), reached out to Superior Hair, they were great to deal with, they recommended clip in hair extensions, 16inch I choose. I also received messy bun with promotion they had at the time. Happy with the out come and clip in hair extensions are easier to get into my hair.
