This MAP was for a BMW 535d F11 facelift. There were zero fault codes prior to the MAP. After the MAP the car had multiple fault codes and is now in permanent limp mode. A BMW specialist checked all hardware which was fine, explained that it must be a software issue which they cannot investigate. The car then went to another specialist who are experts with coding, diagnostics and tuning German cars. They reported it was the code from the MAP done by superchips. It was the wrong code for this car model year and spec. A dialect was then opened with Superchips and I was contacted by the Manager at the the Watford HQ. Unfortunately he refused to acknowledge that any of the issues, despite the facts, were down to them in any way. Alarmingly, I was told that it would cost me the price of another MAP for Superchips to investigate. I suggested several compromises even offering to pick up half the cost and meet them half way but this was also rejected. Only when I stated that the appropriate feedback will be left on the several forums and sites I frequent was any kind of help offered. It had to go that far before any kind of help was offered. In summary they install the code and after they are paid absolutely no support or advice is given to the customer when it goes wrong. In other words no support or after sales service exists. There are now hundreds of companies offering a decent tuning service with good after sales service. They also take responsibility and accountability when it goes wrong and support the customer. Since this happened the car was re-tuned by another company. After 500 miles there are no fault codes, issues and the car does not go into limp mode.

I had to wait, and to be honest at the time i wasn't pleased however i had only owned the car a short while and they advised i complete at least 500 miles , the owner went out of his way called me and explained everything, as it was new to me they wanted to make sure that the vehicle had no underlying, faults and the drive would potentially high light any prior' to mapping.
I am actually glad i waited, as it did throw up an engine light, linked to the cars EGR.
My BMW drives superb , Stage1 remap ,Carbon Clean and Fuel treatment it has totally transformed how it drives and performs, and has cured the EGR Fault and completed 1000 miles since the remap.
Great work Highly recommend the services they offer.

All I can comment on is their utter lack of comms, either via direct email or their websites 'contact us' portal. Very late email response asking questions with answers already covered - then no reply. Zip. Nothing. Dreadful. Went elsewhere and got the result I wanted.

Wish I had read the reviews before using this company came out to me this week did nothing for 2hours charged me 150.00 and said my car was already chipped. I had someone else look at it for a second opinion and they said that the company lied and probably was unable to chip the car be careful when using this firm , I wish I read the Google reviews first before using them.

Michael came out to me and done a fantastic job! I had a carbon clean and a remap and now the car is running so smooth and quickkkkk! Michael was very friendly and helped me order certain parts I wanted that was irrelevant to the remap which I thought was a great gesture! Brilliant job!

Prompt comms and arrival.

Explained the process for my 2010 Yeti 2.0 TDI (110bhp).
Took around 40 minutes, and has made the car so much stronger on the road, pulls really well and a much broader spread of torque.

Excellent communication from the engineer Michael the evening before, telling me of his approximate ETA the following morning.
Upon his prompt arrival, he fully explained the process and went about the remap within an hour or so. He was very professional throughout and the remap is working brilliantly with noticeably more power & throttle response.
I have recommended this company & product to a friend already. 👍

James visited me today for a stage 1 remap on my freelander 2 2.2 Diesel, he talked me through everything that he was going to do , it took a little over an hour to do but he was very professional and friendly, he answered all of my questions.

I will start with the booking. I mistakenly booked for one date. On the day I expected someone to arrive, I messaged the company. Someone called me back and advised me that I had booked for a date almost a month away. However, he managed to get me in the following week. The technician Mike showed up when I expected him to. He told me through what would happen, and in less than an hour the car was ready to test. Good customer service is what brings people back, not just a good deals. Saying that, the car is definitely different. It is faster. Would I recommend Superchips? Sure I would.

Michael arrived on site and quickly had everything done and tidied up afterwards that you wouldn't know anyone had worked on it . Fantastic difference in all of the cars he has done for me now .

Awesome guys. They mapped my wife's 68 plate civic 1.6 detec. Extra power made this boring car really fun to drive. I actually drive it more now than she does;)
