I won't be back. Too many times now I personally have had staff be both rude and ignorant to myself and other customers, unprofessional and shoddy products.

Ordered 2 items not in stock, paid when ordered, one item turned up but was told it was "store policy" not to release that item to me until the other arrived. So the store had the part I'd paid for but would not let me have it, wasted my time, never again.

I spent 2 hours trying to get a coupon code for a 50c price beat guarantee to work - what a waste of time. Went to another auto store that was actually nextdoor to the SCA store I was going to buy from and was offered wholesale pricing!

Ordered oil filter online 23/12/2022 and despite chasing it up earlier in the year and assured that it would be shipped to me, still no oil filter 23/08/2023, I chased it up again only to be told its out of stock and will issue refund, if I hadn't chased it up they would still be sitting on my money, no notification that the product was out of stock, obviously don't value their customers, well they've certainly got one less
Great service and advice
Staff and management went out of there way & was super helpful, a product played up upon brand new replacement they double checked the work so they tried with another new one which work that saved me at least $150 and lies if I went to a auto electrician, was quick service as well. Every time I go to Chullora store help and service is great Canterbury is good as well
Hopeless
Bloody hopeless, ordered a part to be delivered online that my local store told me that they could get in 3 days and i have been waiting for almost 4 weeks, store doesn’t want to help and fob me off, online help are hopeless and told me that the everton park store is closed and can’t help me and to message back. won’t be using supercheap again. it’s supersh*t
Sterotyped
We were ready to spend at least $1000 at the Liverpool store on Elizabeth drive but we were followed down isles and around the store the first 5 mins we were there like we were thieves!! It was extremely uncomfortable so we left, feeling disgusted!!
Delivery? What delivery?
Ordered 5l oil, a special order oil filter and a sump plug from the Nelson shop.
They delivered 1l of oil and the sump plug and claim that they delivered everything. They have no intention of sorting this out.
This company has demonstrated incompetence and dishonesty and I won't be buying from them again.
NOT supercheap
purchased a cleaning product for $22. 1 hour later saw exactly the same product in Kmart for $12.
Not exactly "supercheap"; almost 100% more costly than another shop.
When I took the original product back to supercheap Burleigh, under the company's price beat guarantee, they tried to tell me that was for 'members' only, and argued with me.
FABULOUS service
Today - 8th April - and a SUPER Busy Discount day. As I walked in I encountered Barry ( Riccarton SuperCheap Autos) who found the rear wiper that I wanted. Walked outside with me to my car - fitted it - and took me back inside to be served by Emma who was also friendly and helpful!

Supercheap Hectorville unhappy customer
Supercheap Hectorville has a female worker Amy that has no idea how to mix paint.
The car paint code was supplied on 9 March 23, she asked a co worker via telephone the measurements and still messed it up.
I used two cans to spray my bumper and the red was well off.
I contacted customer service and sent pictures as requested, 2 weeks later I’m still waiting.
I have since purchased oil and other items from another company.
Not happy supercheap, those two tins cost me $80.
Supercheap hectorville manager Tom gave me a full refund and I spent it in store.

Ordered steering rack bushes on friday and got told they would be delivered to store in 90 min from a different store downside is it basically doubles the price, 45 min later get phone call to confirm parts and that it would be there in the morning, The morning rolls by and at noon I swing by to find out what the deal is, the deal is the parts were not delivered and that they now will be in the store on monday. Monday rolls on and yet still no call and low and behold no bushes and further inquiry is that they would be further off, so got a refund because paying $128 dollars for a $65 set of bushes was fine for a 90 min wait but not for a 4+ day delivery. So $70.64 later they are ordered from some guy up north. Guess who isn't getting money anymore.
Poor Customer Service
Rebecca @ Supercheap Auto Maitland, Click and Collect, today (10 Feb 2023) needs urgent training in Customer Relations.
Rebecca barked at me about parking requirements, as there is no clearly marked parking bay for Click-and-Collect, and that they are not allowed to signage a parking bay.
Rebecca growled about being at risk of being hit by a passing car in the parking lot, from me being parked parallel to the front of the shop, beside the Click-and-Collect signage which is on the pole near the shop wall.
Rebecca snarled at me, to get out of the car and lift the boot lid for her, as she didn't want to touch it in case, she broke it.
She then lunged off back into the shop without any pleasantries being offered.
I was left thinking that either Supercheap Auto doesn't value excellence in Customer Relations and experience, or, Supercheap Auto employs supercheap low-value people.
Major improvements needed on your customer, and Click-and-Collect Experiences, as well as having quality employees, Supercheap Auto MAITLAND!

Absolutely terrible service and a waste of time!
Absolutely terrible service and a waste of time, I bought rotors and brake pads as special order items from NZ with an estimated delivery time of a week or so. 4 weeks later absolutely nothing. No items no emails, nothing. After emailing customer service several times I was eventually told "it's special order, it takes longer" kind of response. I asked for a refund as I needed the parts urgently, a week later I was told that the Australian warehouse where my parts were coming from had no stock and couldn't complete my order. Nearly 5 weeks to be told they have no stock. And now I'm waiting 10 days for a refund, go to Repco, was sorted out there pretty quickly and it was cheaper. Local store here is Palmerston North is awesome and the manager was extremely helpful so wouldn't extend my bad feedback to local stores, but online ordering is absolutely terrible just stay away from it, it's not worth the headache. Left extremely annoyed and frustrated.

Ordered 2 items online in NZ ,Nov 25th.January 18th & still nothing. Online delivery date just keeps getting pushed back. Seems a complete scam. Don't bother calling Customer service, they never pick up. Now having trouble getting a refund.

They are a joke. Returned 2 dash cams for refund. Ordered online one arrived in a disgusting condition. Think it was a return or display. Broken and incomplete. Could not get a replacement as no stock in NZ. Returned both as was for my 2 boys. Customer service confirmed I was getting a refund. Then a email saying only one. Now where do I go. Never again
Blackburn store
I went to the Blackburn store on Whitehorse Road after talking on the phone with a staff member who was very helpful. But when got to the store my experience was different. I had to deal with the manager who I think needs to be retrained in customer service. Perhaps take some lessons from her staff.
