Absolutely terrible customer service for online special orders.
2 months of waiting for apart that they said would arrive by the end of March, to be told that it looks like it won't be sent at all.

I went into superdump and asked then woman at the counter where the wheel nuts where. She said " what's a wheel nut". I asked to speak to someone who actually knew about cars and she got nasty. I left the store and went to a proper car parts store.
What a waste of space. Car mats and seat covers.
Otherwise forget them.

Expensive Batteries
I bought two Century Batteries from Supacheap Auto Bowen and they were $200 (each) dearer than at a tyre centre 400 metres down the road. When I approached the store, they would not price match as I had already paid Supercheap for them. Disgrace and I make sure that I inform as many people as possible!
I MUST apologise to 4WD Supacentre. This Expensive Battery review was my mistake and not related to this company.
My recent purchase of a 200W Solar Blanket was excellent. Greatly reduced in price and prompt and efficient delivery.
Superslow Auto
I ordered online Tuesday last week 2 products click and collect that were marked as in stock at my local store. Turns out my local store had no stock. I asked for free delivery a week ago and was given a tracking number with Startrack couriers. One week later it still has not been dispatched. Other businesses that have sent orders by Startrack couriers arrive 3 days later at the most.
Store staff are above dealing with online purchases.
Ordered items online at my local preferred store for click & collect.
At checkout, most items were not available at my preferred store, but only after multiple logins after selecting preferred store, selecting items, adding items to cart, and trying to access cart which was empty after finally getting logged in, having to repeat the whole process of selecting items again.
One item was available but defaulted unaware to me to another not local store.
Admittedly it was the next closest store, but my preferred store was 2 minutes away and the other store was 35 minutes away.
Went to my preferred store where they pointed out that the item was supposed to be collected from the other store.
Have now found online that the item is also available in the store I set as my preferred store but the counter staff too lazy to help me to canceling my order at the other store and advise me that I could buy the item from them as I was already there two days ago.
Very frustrated and disappointed at the lack of customer service from the Rutherford SCA store
Exceptional service on the hottest January day of 2024
On one of the hottest days of the year my battery failed in Supercheap Autos Mayfield West car park. While it wasn’t an easy diagnosis of the problem and with a 2hr wait for the NRMA, I set about troubleshooting the issue. The store manager Stephanie became aware of my problem. She was fantastic and bought out the battery tester which immediately showed a failure. She then proceeded to get a battery, tools and diagnostic meter. We replaced the battery and the story had a happy ending. I cannot praise Steph’s professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness enough. I could have been left to sweat it out in the car park waiting on roadside assist but she went above and beyond to ensure that didn’t happen.
Supershit Instore Fitting Service
I went in to replace my stop light for my car at Glendale. The guy that helped me find the light bulb was super helpful and friendly (the reason for the 2 star rating). I asked him if it's possible to get it fitted, he said "Yes, ask someone at the checkouts and they will sort you out". I asked at the checkouts, the man checked what vehicle I had and asked over his earpiece if it could be done then confirmed it can. He also told me it would be cheaper if I signed up to be a member so I signed up and paid for the globes and the fitting service. The girl looked at my car and said "Yep I can do it, bring it around the side". I brought it around. She barely looked in the boot and said "I don't know how to do it on this car, let me check if anyone else knows." Then she said "Nope I can't do it, it's just a guessing game. Sorry."
Then had to go back in for a refund for the fitting service.
I took the bulbs home, asked my brother if he could have a look at it. He googled how to put the bulb in, and was done in less than 10mins. Simple as that.
Supershit effort from Supercheap. Not the first time they've failed to provide the most simple services.

Dont trust advertised specials with stock on hand ... and to make the experience worse the apology from the staff was indifferent to my feedback. Don't bother calling either as no one will answer the phone !
Super Cheap Service from Super Cheap Business…
I attended the Currimundi store because I purchased a battery their online system suggested and it was too tall. I sought to avoid the same mistake and needed help but instead got the runaround from someone clearly out of their depth and uncomfortable. After waiting 20min for someone to assist, the manager stood in front of a "we fit all batteries" sign telling me he wasn't allowed to come into the carpark to inspect my vehicle with me. They then attempted not to honour my discount code (claiming I'd already used it on the battery I was returning...is there a spare neuron running upstairs or how can anyone be THAT thick?!? Yes the price was higher and the voucher expired. It wasn't expired though when I bought the original battery, which was Super Cheap's product suggestion in the first place so...Lord...so much incompetence in one sitting?!?) and overcharge me for the new product.
The attendant caved in after OTHER customers in line helped him see how unreasonable and unprofessional he was being. I then installed the battery myself (in their parking lot watching a YouTube video...that's how complex a task it was..) and asked if they recycled batteries so I could dispose of the old one responsibly. When no one would respond and they kept serving other customers I dumped the thing on their desk, bid them a good day and will never set foot in a SuperCheap again.
Get what you pay for in life - I'll pay the extra to attend any another business and receive "fair priced" rather "super cheap" service, in future. I'd never recommend this mob to anyone unless you know exactly what you need, require no assistance from anyone and are willing to put up with the long waits and un friendly staff.

Superb customer service at Super Cheap Everton Park from Nicholas. He took the trouble to come out of the store to have a look at my son's car so as to be able to recommend the best approach and products for scratches on his car. Will definitely be using this store from now on.

Paint mixing
I went in on weekend and young guy was great after I gave exact code for my paint.which is hard to find with all the variations etc .this code comes from the vin number .i came in today and woman aggressive dogmatic etc said there are variations from the code etc after me telling her one of her another staff had mixed paint from that code before and also got code w ring in first place .also said would it be easier if order on web ist which they advertise and she said that doesn’t work .this was Hectorville store
My Account was hacked
I got at least two notifications of orders I had not made going to a different state. My account had been hacked and hackers are using my points to make their own orders (Note I had noticed that I had not received points for orders made over the last year or so).
If it’s happened to me it’s happened to many people.
I contacted supercheap and they told me to change not only my password but my email address and other credentials because if I just change the password the hacker would get a notification. They did not give any indication of going after the hacker or cancelling their account.
My only option really was to cancel my account because I have no faith in supercheap being able to protect my data.

Price match not honoured - dodgy Supercheap
I had cheaper price quote including delivery at competitor. Supercheap chat refused to price match as they stated that they would only price match for click and collect.
Supercheap advertises a price match policy.
Then in their terms and conditions they claim that they are not obliged to match prices.
14.2.2. You acknowledge that we are not required or obliged to match any prices for any Products, including matching any prices for a Product that is available through the Site at our store or vice versa.
