Ordered Arterion X5.
Got 5 similar in containers no mention of Arterion on label or packaging .I'm 72 with multiple health conditions. Reluctant to take them as not what was advised. Sent several emails, lost count,16 I think now. A5 times I've asked for return address for full refund, still no address just partial refund offered. They won't pay postage either!I don't want to risk taking an unlabelled product, would you? Off to trading standards & a dispute with bank. Don't purchase anything from these!

SCAM SCAM After ordering supplements I waited 3 weeks with no delivery.i contacted sunvanna and they apologised for the delay in delivery saying there was some kind of mixup.i informed them and they agreed to change my original delivery address to my neighbour as I was going away for 3 weeks.on return there was no delivery.they are now refusing to answer my emails.i am a pensioner and can ill afford to lose so much money.

I deliberately asked if this company's goods came from China they said no it was based in Sweden, turns out it was based in Hong Kong. I was also told the their premises were damaged in a storm, which explained the long wait for delivery. As a result of this I placed a second order which has yet to arrive. Do not trust them.

Ordered vitamins. No info for ages. Finally told they had been delivered when they hadn't. Had a reply when I queried which said probably with neighbours. It isn't! Or that it might say delivered but will take a few days to actually be delivered!
Asked for refund but doubt I will get it.

This company do not do refunds. I have been trying for over a month. Bought capsules called 'Creatine' muscle strength. Not the same as weightlifters. Help you climb stairs etc'. I have a type of kidney disease and my Doctor said Creatine is what your kidneys get rid of. Take more and it would overload them and they would stop working all together. Had at least 80 emails offering a percentage, not counting the ones I had already deleted. Gave any info asked for by one agent who kept saying you have 90 days to get a refund. He has he said "Processed my refund on the 7th March, cannot say when I will get it." Now he ignores my messages all together. Just waiting for my 90days to run out. Kidney disease or not It looks as if my £40.92 is more important to them than my health.
Received the 25Jan' Saw my Doctor on the 6th Feb'. Away until then.
