I am extremely disappointed with the way this company treats its customers. I ordered a PSVITA on February 2026, and today is April 15, 2026 — the order has been stuck in the packing stage for nearly two months with no progress at all.
What makes the situation worse is the complete lack of communication. I reached out to customer service multiple times and received no response whatsoever. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I expect transparency, timely updates, and at the very least, a reply. Unfortunately, none of that was provided.

The only thing that I don't like are Triggers, they look like 3D printed and do not look premium at all. Delivery was very fast, 3 days faster than it should be.

Bought a PS Vita oled with games installed and it's been amazing. I also just ordered a original Gameboy but haven't received it yet. But Abdul in customer service apologized for for the delay saying a lot of orders have been placed and they will e mail me when my order is ready to ship. But overall Sumo Shop has been great and the customer service is awesome. Once I receive my Gameboy hopefully I can write a review on that.
Took about 2.5–3 months to receive the product. I sent multiple emails during that time and was repeatedly told it would ship “in a few days” or “next week.” After a while, I honestly thought I was getting scammed.
To be fair, the PSP did eventually arrive—but the issues started immediately.
The UMD drive doesn’t work. Yes, they technically mention this in the product description, but it’s easy to miss and for the price, it absolutely should be fully functional.
The tactile pads for the buttons and D-pad actually feel nice, but the buttons themselves are clearly aftermarket and not great quality. It would’ve been much better if they used OEM buttons with those upgraded pads.
The screen protector came pre-installed, but mine had dust and bubbles underneath it, which just feels sloppy.
It comes with PRO-C custom firmware installed. I would’ve preferred having the option to choose ARK-4 or no CFW at all.
On the positive side, the IPS screen upgrade does look great—definitely the highlight of the system.
That said, a lot of the included accessories feel cheap:
The battery is a generic model (I’d recommend replacing it with an Ostent battery to avoid issues)
Charger and cable are low quality (not a huge deal, but still)
The micro SD card is also a generic, no-name brand—again, at this price, a reliable name-brand card should be included
Overall, this feels overpriced for what you actually get. Between the long shipping time, misleading expectations, and inconsistent quality, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re okay with replacing parts yourself.

Pretty excited about the item when arrived. Had a good first day of playing and everything but the next day it just gave up? Kept having problems right after I turned it on the next day. Didn’t do anything and didn’t update it like the package said not to do. Started to get glitches and started restarting by itself. I’m not sure exactly but I’m really disappointed
only reason im giving it a 4 star is 15 mins of playing and the square and x button started to squeak

Was skeptical at first. Ordering was easy. Took about a month to arrive. Loaded with lots of games. Had some issues that were quickly responded to and resolved with ease. All in all its legit and has everything described.

All I can say very professional company hope they stay open for years.
I bought the console 7 months ago and left a good review because I was satisfied. The console has now broken and won’t charge, and it hasn’t even been used for 50 hours in total. It won’t charge via USB-C, and the port looks like new — not broken, dirty, or damaged. I AM NOW LEAVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW BECAUSE NO ONE RESPONDS TO MY WARRANTY REQUESTS. I have emailed support but received no reply.
The console cost €280, and I now deeply regret buying it here for that money I could have bought a used Steam Deck.
