What went wrong is that, the late delivery of the code. It takes a lot of time before coming almost 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes I get discourage doing for purchasing again, knowing the time it takes.

The slowness of the service is awful. I had to wait 3days to receive the details of my purchase. First time I thought they have stolen my money. If you can make the services a little bit quick than before, that would be cool

Everything was good but YOU didn't send me my card, I reached out to you from everywhere, no replies, already 3 months since I paid for that card and you still didn't send it to me, are you playing with other people money ? I wanted to sue but it's not worth the time nor the resources. You were the most reachable company for me and other people living in Africa but now I saw the other people's reviews and they're bad. 3mkstore est très nul, LISEZ ATTENTIVEMENT. J'ai passé une commande qui n'est jamais arrivé. Le service client prétendu 24h/24, 7j/7 est injoignable. Ile ne répondent jamais. Ça ne nous rassure pas... Au moment où je vous parle ça fait plus de 2 semaine que je ne reçois ni réponse ni carte PSN et en plus, j'ai tout vérifié avant de faire la commande mais. Je suis sur qu'il me diront que j'ai mal rempli les informations. En tout cas je suis presque au point de porté plainte.

J'ai fait une recharge et ça a pris mon argent et je n'ai pas reçu la recharge

Scam site, never buy here anything, you wont ever receive the key. You just get email that you paid and your order is complete but you never get the actual key.

Sent them emails on all their adresses, no response, no response on facebook, whatsapp anywhere. Coinbase is not giving f about them securing the payment, DONT BUY.

J'avais commandé une carte Playstation plus essential d'un mois. Sauf que la livraison a pris 2 jours avant d'arriver, pourtant votre site marquait un retard de quelques minutes seulement. J'aimerais recevoir mes commandes futures dans la même journée.

Hier vous avez répondu a mon avis précédent comme quoi le site est de nouveau fonctionel et qu'il faut s'adresser au service client pour toute commande non livrée , j'ai envoyé un email pour cela et aucune réponse . Franchement la déception est au plus haut, je voulais juste recevoir ma commande je n'attend plus rien de votre store si vous voulez pas changer .
