Alex is absolutely outstanding!

Alex has gone above and beyond to seek answers on my behalf. I have called the customer care center numerous times over the 3 years I have been a client and Alex has been the best client service rep I have encountered. He stayed on the phone with me until all my questions were answered, and the questions he couldn’t answer he sought out the information by making several phone calls the very next day. Alex called me back to relay the information just as he said he would. Alex has been an absolute pleasure and is an outstanding member of the client service team. He should definitely be recognized and rewarded for going above and beyond to help the clients. Thanks so much Alex!

God Send

I am so grateful for this company and how they have helped me. My husband lost his job after 25 years with his company. It took him 5 years to find another good, solid job. During those years, I worked three jobs and used credit cards. THanks to WyoLaw, I will be credit card debt free by 2021.
I have learned to budget, plan, and spend wisely due to the program you provided.

I was instructed to call today if…

I was instructed to call today if someone hadn't called me by today about my debt that is in court with Synchrony/CareCredit. I spoke with 2 different ladies. The second was Keisha, whom I had spoken with last week about this matter. She was very nice, as she was last week. She called me back when she finished with the client she was busy with and asked if I could wait about 15 minutes until she spoke with someone in litigation. I have been waiting for over an hour and I still haven't received a call back. Last week, Keisha was very helpful. I can't understand why she said she would call me back and then not do it, unless another client detained her. I will call back next week for any further updates to my account.

Excellent customer service..

I am struggling with my bills due to COVID lay offs in my family and had to make a decision on how I could swing the bills for the next couple of months. I called to see if I could possibly defer a payment or two on this service. Sade was the name of the girl who took my call. She was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. I am glad I made the call, as she was happy to help and she did just that. She provided excellent customer service and that is why I gave her 5 stars!

I regret choosing this company to help…

I regret choosing this company to help me. One of the bills they settled for my husband and I only had my name on the paperwork (from WyoLaw) and so the creditor is trying to double dip and collect on my husband a second time. Since we have already ‘graduated’ the program (paid a crap load of money) they now tell us it’s too bad so sad, not their problem. Try contacting the creditor. -_- the creditor is a bunch of jerks who won’t give me the time of day and stopped taking my calls. If I knew then what I know now, I would have figured it out myself. 0/10 WILL NEVER RECCOMEND

I did not get any answers

I did not get any of the answers I needed. I was on the call for close to an hour and was out in hold a bunch of times. The last time I was put on hold I was hung up on. I expected a call back and never received one.

Waste of Money and Time

I just canceled my debt settlement program with this company and after being almost two years in the program, they settled 2 out my 7 credit cards (they said I am on a monthly plan and almost paying those off after one year). This part just shows they are useless but this is just not the case. I called the creditors and found out they settled the accounts but never made any payments. I have called them several times after that but they cannot give me any proof about those payments. I am writing this review to warn you about this company. Please be careful and do not trust them easily.

Update: I found out they just got all of my money for their fees and services and almost did not pay anything to my creditors.
Taking advantage of people is bad but I don't know what to say about taking advantage of someone in financial hardship.

We were supposed to "graduate" by June…

We were supposed to "graduate" by June if we sent an additional $1700. Then we called back because we didn't hear anything, Wyolaw told us we had to sign papers so they could pay our creditors. They continued to draw money out of our bank account even though they weren't supposed to, so I had to call and tell them to stop. We didn't hear anything for quite some time, so I called and they told us we needed to sign something else. Three weeks go by, again nothing. We called and asked to speak to a manager, who told us not to worry. She assured us that she would call us back in 2 weeks, and our credit would be resolved. We didn't hear from her and called the next week and to speak to her. The assistant told us she wasn't available. We call the next day and get a hold of her. She tells us to give her another week or so, but that she has to take more money, a part of which would get refunded.
It's beyond frustrating when Wyolaw tells us that we would be finished by June, yet they're taking more and more money out through fees as each month passes slowly by, and each time we call we have to explain the entire story to each agent.

UPDATE
We finally "graduated" and are waiting to get our final monies. We never got contacted by those "higher ups" as they said inn response to our review. No surprise.

No I’m not happy

No I’m not happy. I called for two days spoke with 3 people and never got an answer if wyolaw would be representing me today at court. I sent the paperwork in a month ago never heard anything from Wyolaw, called twice waited for a return call and nothing. Not happy at all

This is the most down grading company I have ever worked with. I have been with this company for 2 years and nothing is getting paid. I wish I would of never got ur company to handle any of my credit cards. Your company sucks big time.
