The people at prezler

I am seriously injured from a car accident that I had to appeal with the License Appeal Tribunal, and I recently fell on ice and snow in which their office intake did not allow a FREE consultation with a Lawyer. He seemed knowledgeable, however, it is not a Paralegal or Law Clerks office to give legal advice as the law does not permit this. All I wanted to see if I can get help, I can’t seem to get help from any Lawyer on difference cases.

Seth Wheeldon initially agreed to help me with a police brutality/injury case, but after a full year of communication, with no explanation, he said “you sound lovely, but I can’t help you.” Now I’m left desperately searching for representation.

Throughout that year, I was under the impression that Seth was taking my situation seriously. We spoke several times by phone whenever I had questions, and he told me that while a conviction is helpful, it was not required for civil action.

One year after my first contact, I left a message with an update. A week later he called me back and said, “you sound lovely, but I can’t help you.” I was not given an explanation, despite previously being told my case was viable. Had he declined at the beginning, I would have had far more time to find another lawyer. It is extremely difficult to find anyone willing to take on cases involving police misconduct, and the wasted year has made this even harder.

I originally removed my first review because I felt embarrassed mentioning that I am a victim of police brutality. However, I now believe it is important for others to know my experience before choosing this firm.

After I left the original review, Raj Bhogal contacted me. At first he spoke in a way that made me feel heard and important, then told me that although he would never tell me to remove my review, he was worried that my review might prevent someone from finding a law firm that “truly cares.” This comment also made me feel pressured to delete it.

Raj said the trial date was too close to the deadline to sue. I later learned that lawyers can still file and get extensions for such civil cases. I did not know I needed a retainer, and I was never told this during the year of communication. I have emails and phone records documenting our communications. In the end, I was left without support and a clear reason. I hope my experience helps others make an informed decision.

Very unprofessional. They don't even return your messages. A big waste of time.

I was nearly raped 40 times by an Opera Professor in College. The Preszler Law Firm replied "Go tell someone who cares!" and they dropped my case.

They missed key appointments and were tardy for others. I would STRONGLY recommend AGAINST the Preszler Law Firm. They have no balls. They choked out when I really needed them.
