Good, simple to use product. Better than cheap BFR bands for training with lower load on joints and tendons, and I regularly use recovery mode esp for legs (requires subscription).

I bought 2 pairs of suiji arm and leg cuffs. We had difficulty with the arm cuffs holding air. I reported this multiple times to suiji and have had no response. Very poor customer service.

Great experience and a great app. Really has helped strengthen my muscles around my knee and leg overall.
