Excellent quality, quick delivery and very good customer service.

The product is well made. Only used a couple of times but happy with it so far. Delivery was within their time guidelines - packaging could have been stronger but no harm done.

Your products are great, there's no doubt about it. Here's where you could improve. I've ordered two flat fold benches which are premium in quality and also command a premium price. The issue is the first one came with a bent pin and I was accused of doing that myself. Why would I order a bench and then damage the pin? I was quoted over £20 for a replacement. No thanks, I hammered that in myself. The second order consisted of a bench and a skipping rope. I was sent the bench and not the rope and when this was pointed out, they said it had been packed with the bench, which it wasn't. Who orders a bench at over £300 and then lies about a £17 skipping rope. But British does equal quality, but also poor customer service, which is the crux of this review.

To be honest, I haven’t even had an opportunity to use the product. I spent £2000 on the new Zero 2 Adjustable Cable.
However, delivery was delayed by a week despite us waiting for it because the tailgate of the truck didn’t work. They asked me if I had a forklift truck to assist. Obviously, I didn’t given it was my house.
The delivery then arrived without warning when I was not at home. Luckily, I had builders at the house present.
This was fortunate because what is not told is that the package is 200 kg plus and cannot be broken down due to the design.
We had a small digger which we were able to remove the pallet from the pavement outside the front of my house because the driver of the delivery truck told us very frankly his responsibility had ended and he drove off.
Collectively, the builders managed to move the pallet to the front of my house, but have no way of getting it in as they didn’t have enough manpower.
It has since been stuck on my driveway for a week with a tarp pulling over it until we can muster enough people together to move it into the house.
I appreciate the product is heavy and is almost certainly the top of the range, however the delivery of the goods was terrible and would still be sitting on the pavement outside my house if I hadn’t had builders there that day.

Trying to open a new gym. Your company is constantly out of stock. Then used a delivery company that cannot deliver items and now I’m missing items from my order and can never get hold of anyone?

More than happy with my 25Kg kettlebell! There was a problem with the delivery, contacted the customer service and they immediately sorted the situation out!

Definitely will order more from this shop! Can not wait ! :)

Efficiency

I raised money to update my personal training studio.
One of the pieces of equipment I paid for was the zero 2 dual adjustable pulley. I have had nothing but trouble with it. Within 6months of owning the equipment we have had 3 cables snap on it. The customer service team has been so with helping and are refusing to send a technician out to repair or see if there is an issue. I have slowly lost patience with the equipment and will be looking to get rid of it and hopefully replace at a large cost to myself. Would never order again from them.
