Because we're subject to attacks against service, up-time is mainly maintained through a series of routes to the main system you connect to and they can reset for updates, attacks or downtime; There's also ISP related outages.

This is not our end-goal we will try to improve that aspect and make it better. Currently we do a split of servers that route like that and direct connection.

We do unfortunately have blocks in place that may not allow all connections to go through and this is for user safety in keeping ban evasive behavior low.

We block VPNs, Proxies, and known server hosts (AWS, Google, DigitalOcean, and etcetera).

We'll work on fixing these issues, we understand the service does as well use up to 300KB/s per broadcast (less for audio only). This may be tough on some devices when there's upwards of 24 or more broadcasts.

The chat disconnection is part of our proxying and ongoing work to keep things operational for everyone. It's one part of our line of defense. We do need to improve this.

Admin messages are before reboots, fun events and to check in on the community to ensure you're having a good experience low problems especially when there's issues with system.

We ban user's who are actively violating terms of service, bans are never random; we take reports seriously and investigate all sorts. We're always happy to appeal a block, look into blocked registrations and anything to overall help.

We take these accusations seriously, but this review contains false and unsupported claims. StumbleChat has never collected or processed credit card information, and there has never been any access or opportunity to steal such information through our platform. This review also appears to be impersonating another user, which further impacts its credibility. We encourage honest feedback based on genuine experiences and factual information.

You've updated us with contact information and we cannot verify you at all, the email used does not align with the MsAlpha account, impersonating users does not align with our policy. Your experience would not be genuine. Again we run a free platform, there has never been payment involved in the many years of operation.

Thank you so much for being there from the start, I wasn't sure what I was doing or signing my self up for fully till it started getting busy. You users don't take advantage of me when reporting issues and have really help create this to be what you want with safety in mind.

I'm fortunate to have a user base filled with individuals such as yourself who want a fun space with safety in play to keep bad actors away.

It's also worth noting that the moderation decisions referenced were not arbitrary. They followed repeated violations of our community guidelines, including racist conduct. We have also observed efforts to promote competing platforms while making misleading claims about ours. Our responsibility is to maintain a respectful environment for everyone, and we will continue enforcing our rules consistently.
