Worst VPS I've had. Off line many times a week. Completely unreliable. Deleted it and now using Tailscale for all my needs. No need to use external VPS anymore.

Attracted to Dedirock for its 6 dollar a year vps promo, having spent 5 dollars a month elsewhere this seemed attractive. Unfortunately after purchasing it it's been nothing but issue after issue.
- The website constantly signs you out after every 2 clicks. Verified on multiple browsers with no plugins enabled
- Even paying for it is a hassle, I've had to put in my payment info several times across several screens. Their stripe option failed, and had to try their paypal option 3 times in a row due to random failure errors.
- When you finally access your vps' managment screen nothing actually works. I can turn my VPS off and on but I cant access any of the required information to access it via ssh. The widgets all fail or when they do load they throw errors
- As of writing when youre on the site there's a live service widget that says support chat is available but it's smoke and mirrors. Nobody will respond for up to an hour in my case, there's no time indication when they're monitoring it, with no waiting period estimation times either. When they do respond they'll just tell you to open a ticket which defeats the point of that window in the first place.
- There's a lot of fake content on the website, for example, click one of their socials links (twitter, instagram etc) and you'll be met with a 'coming soon' page. Not a good impression when you're gauging whether a company is legit, feels like it's fake it till u make it.
Given that I cant even access what I paid for and it will likely take a while to resolve, assuming it's ever resolved it's hard to recommend them at the moment. Great deals mean nothing if the product doesnt work as advertised.
Reading the reviews of others, It feels like this is a very new company ironing out the kinks but I also see reviews from a few years ago on other forums so it's hard to excuse the poor experience so far if they've been around for years. Overall this feels like a rushed untested product where the basics keep failing

On 12/25/25, I ordered one of their “Storage Promo Plus BF 2025” VPS plans. I accidentally ordered two of these and immediately canceled the second order within 15 minutes of realizing my mistake. Despite requesting a refund in my cancellation request, I never received a refund and eventually just accepted it as my own ordering error.
Fast forward two months, and I received this email:
We want to sincerely apologize for the recent downtime affecting your server. One of the disks in the array experienced a failure and is currently being replaced.
All storage arrays are configured in RAID-5, and we do not expect any data loss. The replacement process is actively underway, and we are working to restore full stability as quickly as possible.
Then, not even two days later, while my VPS was still down, I received this update:
We wanted to provide a direct update regarding the recent server incident.
Unfortunately, this was a rare hardware event where a hard drive failed and shortly thereafter the RAID controller card also failed. While extremely uncommon, the combined failure has resulted in data loss on this system.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption this has caused. Our team is actively working on the situation, and we will begin sending out new VM details starting tomorrow to get everyone back online as quickly as possible.
I then reached out to support to explain that I was not interested in migrating to a new VM after experiencing a complete data loss. The response I received was:
Hello jeff,
We've noticed that you may not be satisfied with the performance of your current VPS. As a solution, we can terminate your current VPS and assign a new one on a different node. However, it's important to note that this action will result in data loss and will change your IP address.
At this point, it was frustrating to see that not only was my data already lost, but support didn’t seem to realize the data had been completely lost already. I’m done with this host. I’ve had bad luck with LEB hosting providers, and I think it’s best for me to avoid them going forward.
Edit to one star, flat out refused to refund ether serivce, would avoid.
Further edit, My request for a refund was in the cancellation request, on the original one, I didn't even have that server for 2 hours let alone 2 months, I also opened two tickets that were then merged into one, and yes I had the second VPS for about 2 months, out of 12... And it was down for like 3 days in a row. That's a terrible uptime, I don't think it's crazy at all to request a partial refund. I guess your SLA is well below 98% uptime...
You didn't even increase the transfer on the server, I had terabytes worth of desk fail yet I get no increase in bandwidth to get my data back onto them? Come on man! You're the person who originally answered my ticket. Why would I need to reach out to you again? You know what happened here, You guys got about $60 out of me to put me on a sketchy server with bad drives. And I got about 2 months of service out of that.... Come on man, I could have gotten physical servers at ovh cheaper than this, You guys are rubbing me so wrong that I'm about to just go start a PayPal dispute over this.
And I really urge people to Google disk failures with this company because they say it's exceptionally rare. Yet there's other reviews who have had the same thing happen, even months ago.

He estado utilizando dedirock desde el año 2024 desde sus ofertas de black friday. En su momento el servicio fue bastante decente por el precio y no hay mucho mas que comentar.
Sus servidores 7$ al año funcionan muy bien por su bajisimo valor y realmente se que estarán perdiendo dinero por ello. Pero no puedo hablar lo mismo de sus ofertas storage vps, el cual es muy lento para tareas que no sean solo respaldos ocasionales.

So far the experience has been good. They answer their support tickets in a timely manner and the vps servers function properly at a decent speed. Also the prices are very good.

After a longer discussion with support, my VPS was eventually canceled and I received a refund. The communication took longer than expected, but I appreciate that they handled the situation fairly in the end. Overall, it was a mixed experience. However, they were unable to get the VPS working at all, which is a pity since I wanted to use it for K8s testing.

I’ve had no issues with downtime or overprovisioned hardware, which is a huge step up from other budget hosts I’ve tried (Valornode- overprovisioned, excessive downtime, and zero customer service. Hostodo- ignores tickets for weeks to months, numerous routing issues never solved).
Dedirock's customer service is awesome, every time I've needed something they have come through for me. Best deal out there, period. The only limitations are the servers are low spec and only 2 locations: Los Angeles and Buffalo / New York.

The VPSs are delivered quickly, uptime is around 98-99%, with occasional restarts on certain VPSs. Support is responsive, the control panel is a bit slow; I wish it had a separate VPS panel to manage them all (I have many). But overall, I do recommend it! 9/10
