Studybed Bewertungen

Just had our studybed and matching furniture delivered and assembled. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the look,we went for the white.

The company kept us updated on the whole process from the time we ordered to the day it was delivered,we cannot fault their service.

The two installers,Kevin and Will, are a credit to the company, very friendly and informative and very professional in their work

The bed is very easy to use and we are sure it will be very well used, we cannot recommend them enough

Can't recommend Studybed highly enough. Even though we bought our double Studybed second hand, their customer service was exemplary - emailing assembly instructions within 10 minutes of my calling the office and then posting a couple of screws FOC without hesitation.
The furniture itself is not only a brilliant piece of engineering design, but is also extremely well made and robust.

Great Customer Service, we were kept informed by the office of timescales and received confirmation of the delivery exactly to the lead time advised when we placed order. Also an email following install with instruction manual & assurances that we can contact at any stage if advice needed. The install team were on time, extremely polite and so helpful, checking with us where we wanted our StudyBed sited.
Plus giving us a full demo
of how to change from desk to bed, including safety aspects. It is a wonderful product; a good sized desktop & very easy to change to the bed. We saw this product at the Ideal Home Ex many years ago & delighted to finally have our very own StudyBed installed! Thank you for a fantastic product & service.

From start to finish, StudyBed have been amazing. We've had to go for a bespoke shorter bed (less hassle than moving a radiator in the box room).
It's made such a difference, I use the desk every day as I work full time from home & my toddler has a 'big girl bed' which she loves.
The fitters were very polite & professional & adhered to all the Covid rules going on at the time.
I can't fault them as a company or as a product, they really have improved my home life (I'm no longer sat at the kitchen table for 3 meals a day + work!). Thank you.

Informative and helpful sales staff who kept me up to date with the order process. The delivery and assembly of my double Study Bed was carried out by a friendly and efficient man who had the added problem of being required to follow Covid guidelines. Shortly after receiving the Study Bed I moved and the removal men struggled to dismantle it but successfully transported it to my upstairs room where my partner and I re assembled it. We hit a snag but phoned the company who realised we had placed one bolt in the wrong place and talked us throyugh the problem. I was so pleased with the service and quality of the desk that I ordered, and shortly afterwards, took delivery of a matching filing drawer set which helped me sort my post move mess! I would willingly recommend to anyone and let them view my Study Bed and drawer set in situ.

So pleased with the StudyBed. They arranged delivery in time for my son's birthday (which must have been tricky) and the installers were careful and polite. We have been using the bed for a month now every day and it's really well built, it feels secure opening and closing. My 13 year old son can open the bed himself and close it. The struts make the opening mechanism feel slow and strong.
The wood looks lovely in real life, and the duvet and pillow (which we leave on) haven't fallen off when we use the desk.

We have had excellent service from Studybed. From our first enquiry to after installation follow up, we have been kept informed and service has been delivered as promised. Initially you can bulk at the cost of a Studybed but once you see the quality and sturdiness, you know why it costs what it does. Very pleased with our purchase and I know staff and volunteers will receive a good night rest. Staff who said they would not like to work in that office, now want to due to the size of the desk. Thank you!

I purchased a small double studybed for my daughter. From the moment I made contact to present day the communication has been exceptional and I would say the bed has been one of the best investments we have ever made, especially since Covid and our daughter needing to study at home.
Over a year after purchase we developed a minor problem and the team did not hesitate to arrange a home visit and the gentleman who came were so polite and happy to help.
Studybed are proof of why shopping with an independent store is worth its weight in gold and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Outstanding engineering. The Studybed added an extra room to our house and maximizes the usage of the smallest bedroom. the build quality and finish is excellent.

Customer services is fantastic. They engaged with us constantly even afterwards to ensure we were happy.

All round outstanding service.

Great service with an amazing product. Very happy

Genuinely a pleasure to do business with.

We purchased a Study Bed, which is a great concept. Having looked at the idea for about 6 months, having seen the company at the Ideal Home Show in the Summer and finally buying it before Christmas.

We were in the process of building a home office, but the flexibility that the solution offered was really appealing and so it has proven over the last 6 months since installation.

On a daily basis, I use the room as my office and as the desk is enormous, it holds multiple lamps, my laptop and a network printer and lots of paperwork.

Over the last 6 months, we have had 9 people stay in the room for up to 3 nights. It takes minutes to turn the desk into a bed, so after an unexpected drunken night, it isn't a hardship to allow a visitor to sleep in a comfortable double bed, without the need to move any of my stuff out the way!

Once we ordered the study bed the professionalism of the people we dealt with was great, from the payment team, delivery organising team and to the two guys doing the install. Just brilliant.

Great product and great people to do business with. Real space saver and makes a flexible working environment that turns into a double bed.
