Fabulous customer service received from Judy from the initial contact to the completion - help with the design and making recommendations, etc
I am very pleased with the study bed and the peace of mind you get with a 5 years warranty, and the smart bed was delivered and installed by a friendly professional team. Would recommend this study bed if you need more space in your home. Thank you Team your help was much appreciated.

Product is excellent and transformed our tiny spare room into both a spare room and an office. The small double was a perfect fit and means that my son and his girlfriend can stay when they visit. Customer service was first rate. We ordered on Sunday and it was installed the following Friday. Delighted with it 😁

I’ve just had the universal study bed installed. I’m completely wowed.
It’s turned my small box room into a multi purpose office/bedroom and I love it!
It’s incredibly sturdy, I’ve got more storage space than I had with my previous desk and cupboards and I can quickly and conveniently covert to to a guest bedroom when needed.
From order to installation, communication was great including a call from the installers 20 mins before arrival and a helpful post-installation email. Spot on from start to finish. I will be buying again in the future, for sure.

I absolutely love my new study bed! The guys who came to install the bed were brilliant, too. I highly recommend this company. All the staff have been wonderful. I had to delay delivery, and they were so helpful. The whole experience has been fantastic, and my new bed is stunning!

It's so incredibly well-made. I'm using it as my main bed, and it’s no issue putting it up and down daily; it's straightforward. I have shelves in mine, so I pop my two pillows on the shelf, tuck the blanket around the mattress, and then simply push the bed up to put it away. It’s so easy, and no real bother to add lifting as an extra manoeuvre on your morning routine. The mechanism to pull down and up is so smooth and safe. I love the extra space it give me during the day.

Absolutely brilliant product - had it fitted in a small spare room so we now have instant flexibility between office and bedroom for any unexpected guests. Very, very professional company - the two chaps who fitted it were so nice to deal with, fitted it quickly and efficiently, took us through how to use it and told us to call with any questions etc. I would highly recommend them and the product.

StudyBeds customer service is the best service I’ve ever experienced. It’s not often you can say a company goes above and beyond.
Immediate response and their product is amazing.
This last order was the 2nd StudyBed as it was installed in my summer home.
If you have a spare room which you want to use as a home office but have a visitor sleeping over this is perfect for you. Why devote a room to a permanent double bed when you can enjoy the best of a study AND a spare room?!
It is also brilliant for a teen with a small bedroom where bed can be stowed away to give access to a large desk during day for studying.
So many uses for this brilliant idea.
In short 11 (out of 10!) stars for service, installation and after sales.
I’ve had my original study bed serviced FREE twice over the last 10 years and that original one still is amazing!
So 11 stars for customer care and after sales.

We can honestly say that the whole process has been a real pleasure and very professional. We really appreciate the extra steps that were taken by the installers when fitting our furniture, to accommodate our individual need. The ordering process was so easy and every question we asked we had an informative and swift response. Communication at every stage was a breath of fresh air, even on the day, the installers checked things with us as they fitted each piece. We are absolutely thrilled with it, the room looks so different. It means we will now have a lovely comfortable sleeping area when needed and we have a great office/craft desk too.

Professional company, high quality product! Was wowed from beginning to end. We managed to get our hands on their limited edition wallbed without desk. The product is phenomenal but the customer service really pushes the entire experience to the next level. From touring their show room in Thames to installation day, the team made the entire process quick, easy, and pressure free. The bed itself is exactly what we wanted and essentially gives us the function of a room being added to our house at a pittance of the cost. If you’re on the fence, take a trip down to Thames to see them in action.

Can't say enough good things about this product and/or this company. I've had my StudyBed a few years now and it literally is the best and most functional piece of furniture I've ever bought. My flatmate currently uses the bed and desk every day. It's super-easy to convert, literally so simple, and it still looks as good as it did the day it was installed. Plus I needed instructions on dismantling it the other day and the team got back to me straight away with excellent instructions and also offered (if I needed it) the option to come and dismantle and then reconstruct for a small fee, if neeeded. As I say, I can't recommend the product or the StudyBed Company more highly. Great bit of kit. I want an excuse to buy another!!! Thanks StudyBed team.

Outstanding quality product, exceptional customer service, installed professionally. A truly amazing company to deal with.

I bought standard double studybed and I think customer care I received from the company is one of the best ones in the world. As they don’t have showroom in London they were happy to give me demo of their different study beds on zoom. There were number of different options available for a small room I had in my flat and when I provided them my room dimensions and rough sketch they came with very clever idea about which studybed would be most appropriate and where I should put the bed in the room. I also went to their showroom to see the studybed before placing the final order and they were happy to offer me taxi to and from the nearest train station. Staff was able to answer all the questions I had in very friendly and approachable way. People who came to assemble the bed were also friendly.

Thank you Ben, Judy and Jo for your support during this and I would say the customer care I received from you all is one of the best ones I have ever seen. I look forward to doing business with you in future. Good luck

Excellent process from discussing my needs, to ordering the universal study bed, to regular communication with the delivery & installation team. All were friendly, helpful & professional. A company you can trust. My installation took place this week without any problems & the team were efficient, tidy & professional. They explained how to use the study bed, which takes seconds. Product user manual provided & also via email. I am delighted with my purchase.

When we moved into our 1921 semi and had to accommodate two kids I bought a single studybed. I have nothing but praise for the product, the delivery and the warranty, It was so good that when we built an extension study room I bought a second SB for when I pull late-nighters (or am banned for snoring!) Yesterday our 16 year old had an issue with his 5 and a bit year old studybed... one of the gas strut dampers failed (it happens - rarely). I called and today a couple of new ones arrived - I fitted it in 5 minutes. They refused to accept payment even though it was out of warranty. OMG - a proper service ethic.. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.... thanks guys

We had our (double) study bed delivered and installed earlier this week. We're very pleased with the result. The StudyBed is a well made and good looking piece of furniture. When closed the desk area is vast! Wonderful for computer work, arts and crafts etc. The desk easily converts into a comfortable bed without having to remove any items from the desk - magic!
During the ordering and purchasing process it was refreshing to know that we could call the team, if needed, without queues or going through voice activated options. Judy (Sales Controller) and Nigel (Operations Manager) were quick to respond to our questions and Ian did a great job installing the bed. This is an efficient, professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team - the definition of good customer service!

I first saw the Studybed a few years ago at The Ideal Home Show, and was so impressed with it that I kept it in mind if I decided to downsize. That time has come and my Studybed has recently been delivered and installed by 2 lovely delivery guys.
I am very pleased with the service I received from the company, love the bed and would definitely recommend it to potential purchasers.

From start to finish we were looked after with exceptional customer service. Our study bed is just incredible. I highly recommend purchasing one!!!. They are well made and transforms a room. FANTASTIC!!!

Excellent quality, perfect for our tiny box room. Studybed were fantastic throughout. They helped us workout what would fit, and even sent two different sized beds because we weren't quite sure so we could try both. The fitters were excellent, very helpful and fitted it all in just a few hours. Its expensive, but definitely worth the money! So easy to convert from desk to bed, and keeping your desk in tact, couldn't recommend them enough.

At the risk of "going overboard", I wish to go on record as saying that the StudyBed level of customer service is second to none! From my initial email enquiry onwards, I was given the finest and most helpful attention on all levels. Judy, always on the end of the phone or email, was/is an absolute Godsend - if only all customer service was this much of an ease and pleasure. A few days prior to the arrival of the Studybed, I had an email from Steve, confirming all details and estimated time of arrival; and on the day itself I even had an update by phone as to their progress. Steve and Kevin arrived on time, and in a couple of hours (and in the limited space dictated by my studio room) had assembled the StudyBed with consummate care and expertise. Their attention to detail, and concern that I be shown exactly how to manage the "convert" process, was/were absolute, and I cannot thank them enough for this, and for their friendliness overall. The StudyBed has transformed the room, and the entire feel of the room, and I could not be happier with my purchase. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again. Mark P. PS Thanks also to Anita, for assisting with the invoice, and for her subsequent "follow up" email after the StudyBed had been installed.

What an amazing company.
Fantastic study bed range which has created space in our 3 small bedrooms
The employees at the company HQ are great people to deal with.
The orders were correct for all 3 study beds.
The fitters were true gentlemen.
The whole experience from start to finish was 10 out of 10

From the very first enquiry to installation dealing with StudyBed has been amazing. The level of communication throughout the process was fantastic and it was brilliant to be able to see the product locally at a previous customer's home as I live quite a distance from the show room. The StudyBed itself is such high quality. I opted for a bespoke colour and the finish is immaculate. The installers were wonderful from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you think the products are pricey believe me they are worth it.
