I have found the courses on Study365 to be really helpful and concise. The customer service is also great and supported me on an extension on one of my courses. This was really helpful in not feeling pressured to complete the course before i was ready.

Company promised me a refund as they didn’t provide the course I paid for. Even that was a complete lie. Don’t believe anything this company tells you.

The course materials were thorough and well-organised, making even complex topics easy to understand. The mix of theories, practical scenarios and case studies helped deepen my understanding about the Prince2 methodology and how it can be used in project management in real business environment. It is a very good course I can recommend!

Scam company?
Purchased PRINCE 2 6th edition foundation course on here. The course content was poor e.g. the lecturer would say something incorrect then correct himself. Not sure why this would not be edited for a recorded course?
Regardless, was useless as I was not sent exam vouchers to sit the exam and get the accreditation. I was transferred to the 7th edition course as it took so long to sort out. Content looks a bit better but again useless without the exam voucher. No exam voucher = no course handbook and no chance to sit the exam. I have requested a refund multiple times for almost a year and no response whatsoever. 100s of pounds down the drain.

Currently I am doing Agile PM practitioner course with Study365 after successfully completed foundation exam and it is a comprehensive course with interactive video tutorials, quizzes, plenty of case studies and mock exams. The course tutor Gerry is excellent in delivering the course and no hesitant to give 5 star as it is a 5 star course.
