If there was a negative star, that is what you should be getting. This has fraid written all over it. How do you collect money and not provide the services?
Paid for the PRINCE2 course over two years was never given my examination voucher. They said they where having challenges and would let me know. Several calls and emails went unanswered. I was later sent an email that my course was ending. How does my course end when you haven't completed your part of the agreement. I need a refund.

Do not use this site.

They provide out of date materials for courses, and do not book exams, even though this is advertised and the payment is taken.

I have initiated the process of taking Study365 to the small claims court. They have absolutely refused providing exam vouchers. I will recommend that everyone with the same experience take them to court too!

I have booked little over a year ago the spiritual healing level 3 course and I really took wisdom from it. Now I am about to book another course as I remember about that how good the courses are explained. Thank you study 365!

I requested a refund of £888 from Study 365 and was told I would receive a response within 14 days. Today is day 14 and I have received absolutely nothing. Customer service phone lines are never answered, live chat is useless, and the email agent (Nick Diaz) who was assisting me stopped responding entirely once I mentioned a refund.

I was advised by the sales team that studying at my own pace and paying course extension fees was “absolutely fine.” I paid a course extension the day before expiry, clearly stating which course it was for. The next day, I was contacted asking for confirmation (which I had already provided when paying the course extension fee), only to be told I was suddenly no longer eligible because the course had expired, despite having already paid before the deadline.

To make matters worse, their website frequently crashes and I experienced ongoing issues when trying to make payments, which contributed to the delay. I had told live chat of my experiences over the years but never got a solid resolution.

I was then told I could continue studying but would receive no certification, which makes the course completely useless.

This company takes payments readily but becomes unreachable when issues or refunds are raised. I am still waiting for my refund and a response. I strongly advise others to think carefully before enrolling.

All I want is my money back so I never have to deal with Study 365 again.

I enrolled for Prince2 foundation with Study365 and paid the course fee inclusive of exam vouchers. After completing the course, no exam vouchers were sent. They promised me many times but delivered 0. I made many attempts to contact Study365 without success. The phone rings till it cuts out without anyone answering. After more than two years now, I am tired of trying. I was trying very hard to get certified and restart my career, but Study365 has killed my dreams. There has been no contact or update from them. This is not the way to manage a business, if Study365 has a problem, the company should openly inform their students / customers and carry them along, offering honest and practical solutions, not by avoiding contact or making communication difficult. Taking money from me was very easy, but making refunds for the same amount of money is proving a mountain to climb. Which organisation regulates or has oversight for Study365?

As many others have said, it appears Study365 is a scam. I paid for a PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner which was supposed to include exam vouchers. Firstly, the included materials were awful, and just self-study using the official manual was far superior. Worse, when it came time to request the exam vouchers, Study365 kept giving excuses about why they weren't providing them. First it was due to a backlog, then due to a glitch in the system. Over the course of months, I was assured that I would be receiving the vouchers in 10 days. They never came. Now, 2 years later, they point blank refuse to respond to my emails, Whatsapp messages, phone calls or website chat messages. Do not use this provider.

I enrolled in a business analysis course in 2022; after I finished the course, I began calling and emailing to receive a voucher they promised their father but never got hold of anyone online. I have been calling since 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and this is 2026, but no response. They stopped picking up calls and do not reply to emails. Please, RUN RUN RUN.

I purchased the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course, but the company is a scam. I lost a significant amount of money, and they have not provided the exam vouchers as promised. I paid for the exam, but I have not received anything. Avoid at all course

Terrible Company

I was scammed by them. They charged me about £900 for my PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner exam. I was only able to write the foundation exams, when it came to the practitioner, they kept telling me that they couldn’t schedule it for me. I’ve been trying to get my money back ever since.

Avoid Study 365 for the sake of your sanity.

Do not recommend at all. I have had next to no correspondence about receiving my certificate of qualification, and after reading reviews I now believe I’ve also been scammed. Disappointing after sales to say the least.

My experience with my tutor was great. Easily explained assignments to myself, patient with me and gave clear instructions. Also made clear I can reach out for assistance when needed.

I have logged a complaint but had no response and tried contacting multiple ways. I bought a bundle for the lean six sigma belts Yellow,Green and Black via my work. I have been waiting 6 months for my exam vouchers for the Yellow, let alone the Green and Black. My access to the course runs out next month and it has caused a massive amount of stress. If you are planning to carry out this course it would be better looking at other options in my opinion. It’s a shame as the course material is good but if you can’t take the exam to get your certificates there is no point. ***Update 23/11/25 My Yellow and Green course runs out tomorrow and I have received no communication from Study 365 and so I will not be able to take the exams as I still have received no exam vouchers. I have tried every form of communication I could and go no where. Don't risk going with them as I will have to pay separately with another provider to take the exams, which were meant to be included.

Update 21.3.26 - Like so many I never received my exam vouchers. My access the course materials ended. I have had to go direct to the company that does the exams and pay for an exam which has cost me hundreds. I’m disgusted with the fact that Study 365 take money from people and then never give them the exam vouchers to be able to get the qualification. It stressed me out so much. Please DO NOT go with this company it isn’t worth it

As*hole company!!! Run away from them, they will scam you off your hard earned money guys. No exam vouchers, no response except generic email.

Anna Taylor was a great host, I found her very welcoming and she took the time to thoroughly explain the course contents and expectations. She particularly highlighted the support I could expect along the way if required, and left me feeling confident that I had made the right choice of both course and training provider.

I studied for and sat my prince2agile exams back in 2022 with them and axelos. Everything went well and I got my exam vouchers within 2 business days as communicated.

Fast forward to 2024 I registered to study and take the MSP, requested my exam vouchers in August 2025 and was told it would take 7 - 24 business days to get the voucher. Today is the 24th business day and I have no vouchers still. Suffice to say they are running a very skeletal organisation now as there is no one to respond to your enquiries and it didn't used to take 24 business days to get a voucher. They are quick to take your payments though when I had to pay for a course extension and acknowledge payment within 24 hours but any other service or support you are at their mercy. They used to be good but clearly something has turned the business on its head and they are not functioning as they should. It also appears as though they've lost the license for some exams as they used to have so many more options but they are stripped down to just a few.
