Would give ZERO STARS if I could. I ordered a shirt and got charged. I even saw preliminary tracking. Now they say the order does not exist, my order number isn’t real, sent me ANOTHER email with a completely different order number and that the items are still in my cart, trying to get me to pay again. Am disputing the charges.

Did not realize this was shipping from outside the USA. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered, especially with the US government imposing dumb tariffs. Ordered 2 weeks ago and item is currently in customs in Italy. Sigh

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I PAID $60 FOR TWO T-SHIRTS. IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO BE DELIVERED AS PACKAGE WAS "DELAYED" IN SHIPPING FROM GOD KNOWS WHERE. THE SHIRTS WERE HORRIBLE QUALITY, NOT COTTON AND THE SIZING WAS WRONG. WAY TOO SMALL. COMPANY HAS DONE NOTHING TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE. THEY OFFERED A $3, $7 AND $11 COMPENSATION. I EMAIL THEM EVERYDAY TO WHICH THEY RESPOND BY BOT TO TRY HARDER. I'LL NEVER RECEIVE MY MONEY BUT I WILL BLAST THIS SCAM COMPANY ON EVERY SITE AVAILABLE.

Ii ordered a hat on their Facebook page. It took three weeks to deliver. It was a standard design, NOT custom. When it finally arrived, it is way too small. The ad indicated it is one size fits all. My hat size is 7 1/2 and it does not fit.

I will not buy from this seller again.

I've purchased discounted shirts from structurlly, advertised on facebook. But the amount charged on my credit card was $45 more than what was on the invoice. I've looked at their webpage and found there was no currency displayed, and no return policy. I sent their customer service an email within 5 minutes of ordering, to cancel the order. They replied the next day, claiming the order is already processed, can't refund. They said wait until receiving the shirt and see if I like them. The shirts arrived after 3 weeks, but the fabric was 95% polyester and 5% elastic, not cotton as it was advertised. For two weeks now I write to them every day, and they reply back the next day. It sounds like a robot not a person, basically same sentences. With every reply they up the refund offer by a couple of dollars, started at $7, then $9, then $11, and currently at $13. I'm continuing this daily communication and hoping I can get at least half of my money back. I wanted to report them on facebook being fraud but magically they disappeared.

I'm very disappointed so far. I ordered a hat 10 days ago. The tracking info shows it moving around in Italy. I don't understand how a ball cap would be in Italian customs for 3+ days. This product should have been in the US by now.

Received this shirt recently and quite liked it overall. Packaging could have been more exciting, felt a bit plain. Fabric is comfortable, though the print seems slightly faded. Maybe offer more vibrant options or unique packaging to enhance the initial experience.

I recently got this sweatshirt and really like the design. It took around three weeks to arrive, but the packaging was neat. The quality feels good for the price.

If I could give no stars, I would. Unresponsive, no refund for inaccurate size. Too small.

I ordered a t-shirt with an election themed logo, thinking it would ship from the US. I also thought the t-shirt would be made of cotton. It took THREE WEEKS for the shirt to arrive. The shirt is not cotton, width is smaller than stated and it runs short as well. I contacted customer service and received no reply. Do not order from this company.

This company is a scam. I ordered a sweatshirt and received a tracking number from Ireland. It supposedly spent 2 weeks in Irish Customs. I challenged the amount of time to get a sweatshirt and threatened to cancel the order if not delivered soon. The order # and trackibng # changed to China. The emails from them continued to say wait, it was being processed in Ireland. This is a total scam. Never received the item and was able to get a refund through PayPal.

This sweatshirt showcases a decent design and fair quality. Pricing feels appropriate, considering its overall appeal. Shipping was notably slow, taking two weeks to arrive. While the experience wasnt perfect, the unique style does make it an interesting wardrobe addition.

I immediately tried to cancel my order within minutes of making it and got NO RESPONSE.. The garments ordered showed up almost a month after my initial request of cancelation. They are a cheap product as the elbow pads are actually mounted on the the side and show up not on the elbow but THE SIDE OF MY ARM. I am disputing these charges with my C/C company.

Fake. They send you notifications that your item is going through customs in France or Ireland. If you paid paypal and launch a dispute, they will then claim it's being sent from china and you have to be patient. I've received 3 different tracking sites and 6 different tracking codes. It's just meant to put delays in you getting your refund so you tire of the process and accept the scam.

Absolutely love the design and message of this sweatshirt. It fits well and feels cozy for everyday wear.

The site doesn't tell you the product is coming from Ireland until you start receiving customs notices. It takes weeks to get an order. I tried to stop an order and by the time they responded with other than a canned response it was too late in the process.

No even rating the quality of shirts I ordered because I haven’t gotten them. I ordered them two weeks ago and per tracking they are in customs awaiting inspection in Portugal. Won’t order from them again. Needed the shirts for an event and have to order them from another company.

Just placed my order for long sleeved tee shirt “In November we were blue”. Receipt stated they billed my credit card $34.17 but my credit card information says the billed $41.00. Why the difference?! They also automatically added shipping insurance without asking me. Already getting a bad feeling and I literally just ordered it.

So I was so excited to receive my election shirt. It two weeks to arrive but i was patient. I ordered an xxl and it was more like a med/large. I sent several letters back and forth to this company. The bottom line with them was I should give the shirt to someone else and the factory did NOT make a mistake. The said their shirts are superior Quilty and they stand behind what they sent me. Truly unbelievable

I ordered a Harris 24 tee shirt August 23 and was unaware it was an Italian site. They added a customs charge on top of the order. It’s now Sept 19 and it still hasn’t arrived. They keep sending tracking emails. It’s gone through Italian customs and this week US customs. Now it says it’s given to a US shipping company but not which one. There is no delivery date. I’m still questioning if it’s a real site and I’ll ever see the tee shirt.
I like their graphic design but now I’m wondering if the shirt will even fit since it’s coming from Italy where everything is cut slim. If it doesn’t arrive in a few days I’ll be asking my cc to refund my account since it’s probably a fake site.
