I ordered a polo shirt. Tracking keeps changing when item was delivered. Tried to contact them nothing but auto messages. One says delivered gave a tracking number that has nothing to do with usps. I requested for the correct one. Auto message Donald Trump Harris causing delays. Than another message be patient your item will arrive soon. All auto messages. Can't get a real person to look into this. It's bullshit!

Received the order and loved the shirts. However, we have reason to believe that Structurilly sold our credit card number and banking information to Mediafyre. I have reported both to the FTC and the BBB. I notified both regarding these scam reports and have heard absolutely nothing back from either company. I would not trust either Structurilly or Mediafyre in the future.

I placed my order at the beginning of April. I was shocked when my $79 purchase all of a sudden was $91. After a lot of searching, I found my receipt (surpringly difficult to find) that showed tax. I get adding taxes, but not AFTER the total amount ore-tax was approved. I was sent a tracking number that said my purchase was coming from Italy. I was then sent another tracking number showing my order was coming from China. After waiting a month with BOTH tracking numbers showing no movement after getting to the US, I contacted them. They told me tarrifs were slowing things down. I pointed out that it showed my order arrived in the States before tarrifs went into affect. A THIRD tracking number popped up from the USPS. Finally, a company that could help. That tracking showed it has been out for delivery but returned to sender the same day. The people at USPS were fabulous and actually tracked my purchase, confirming it was being returned. I contacted Structrlly again and they told me their shipping showed it was being resent to me and to be patient. THAT tracking number (yes, a 4th number) shows that it was delivered, but USPS shows it's still in transit back to China. Thank God I paid with PayPal who helped resolve my monetary issue. They are investigating this company now.

I only gave them a 2 because they did respond to my inquiry in a timely manner. Do not order from this supplier. They sent the wrong shirt and the one they did send had a typo. They only wanted to refund me 3.00 and made no offer to send the correct shirt. I finally got 7.00 out of them and will be donating the shirt they sent to goodwill. Very disappointing experience.

These clowns are scammers. I ordered 4 shirts and was charged for 5. When I realized it was an offshore company I tried to cancel but they refused since i was leaving in 10 days but they refused. I received fake tracking from Ireland and China. It is now a month an allegedly the order is in Topeka Kansas while I am in California. I contested charge on Amex and at first they said I needed to deal with PayPal. PayPal said it wasn't their issue. Amex did charge back so I am not losing money but this company has gone silent. AVOID!!!!!!

I ordered a cap in early April. I started getting tracking emails up until it left customs in the US. Then, it never changed.

I contacted Structurally, who told me customs were slow, tariffs. I replied that it was in the US and they sent a different tracking number, showing it in Chicago (ORD).

By late May, I was pressing them on location when I got a notice that it was delivered to a "lock box" in a neighboring town.

Their response was yet another tracking number, which was invalid. Do, they told me to inquire at my local post office, which isn't even where it was delivered.

I replied that this isn't going to work. Their reply was that they were trying to find it. The next morning their email went back to telling me to visit the post office.

I've requested a refund through PayPal. Haven't heard back yet.

They over charged me. Then they claim the shirts were delievered when they were not. The post office has no record of the tracking number. It was also suspicious that the orginal tracking information was saying it was shipping from France, but it is really from China.

I ordered a t-shirt and received a confirmation email for the total USD $29.14, which I had charged to my bank's Visa card. The charge showed up online immediately as a PayPal charge of $36.43, $7.29 more than the receipt. This company is in Hong Kong. SCAMMERS! I called my bank and was told I had to deal with PayPal, who then filed a fraudulent charge case, but I was told it would take up to ten days to complete.

I bought a polo and they charged $9.27 SALES TAX on a $27 item. That's over 35%! And you can't contact them because their "support" link doesn't work. Total overseas scam company.

I just placed an order for $57.25 but they charged me $71.56 PayPal international charge from a company Flyubwideuh Co Ltd . Incredibly such a unprofessional company. How are they still in business?

Product, a t-shirt was never received, and they did bill my credit card for $7.46 more than the invoice they provided. They sent emails from a "delivery" site stating the product was delivered, it was not. When I contacted the company they continually gave me different order numbers and delivery companies, and made it my responsibility to deal with their client delivery company.

I SHOULD have read reviews before buying anything. I ordered 3 shirts. I used PayPal and the transaction posted $14 higher than I agreed to pay. I immediately said I wanted to CANCEL and they refunded the excess $. It took a month for delivery from somewhere overseas. The shirts are made from VERY thin material, one is a white v-neck and the stitching on the front of the "V" is BLACK THREAD in two random places which shows prominently through the fabric and is obviously a flaw. When I complained they offered me a refund of $7 bucks and said
"the items dispatched to you align with your original order" as if I'd specifically asked for mis-matched threading! I responded saying I wanted a new shirt sewn correctly. The next response offered me a refund of $10 "so that I could keep the existing products". Like I'd really try to return them overseas? What a joke. Beware!!!

If I could give a zero, I would. This company is a SCAM! Don't fall for their pretty meta ads like I did. They will take your money and never send any merchandise then blame it on tariffs.

Order never delivered, supposedly went to an address in totally different state. Support email address useless. Refused to admit the error or refund money. Reported to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Independent Locksmiths are very reliable.

Read everyone else's experience and take heed. This is a total scam - I ordered a baseball cap on 4/11 and was charged $5.23 OVER what the invoice showed. I complained and they deducted the overcharge. But then got notices my order was in transit - but that it got 'held up' in customs in SPAIN. I asked for an ETA and then got a DIFFERENT tracking # from a different shipper that said my order was coming from CHINA!! I contacted my credit card company and they deleted the charge. Needless to say, never received any merch.

I was concerned when I did not receive an immediate emailed receipt for my order. A week later, I received an email supposedly from PayPal with an invoice, which included a 30% sales tax upcharge, despite the fact is no sales tax is charged for clothing items shipped to Pennsylvania. When I called the "PayPal" customer service number, it connected me to Sparkle Lifestyle & Medispa--so, obviously a bogus, spoofed number.

BEWARE! I ordered a shirt yesterday. Immediately after checkout, I got the first email saying thank you for purchasing with PayPal. I didn't use PayPal and the amount was over $38. I then received the second email, now from Structurlly, saying thank you for your order. That invoice total was $30. and change. I immediately called my credit card company. The PayPal charge was already pending! SCAM!!

The t-shirts they advertise show a phrase spelled correctly; however, the products they sent are all censored with a star replacing one of the letters. That is NOT what I ordered, and I don't appreciate the bait and switch.
