Delivery of the item took almost 2 weeks and when I emailed to chase this up I never got a reply. This on top of never recieving an update on shipping at point of purchase, it was a poor performance.... Mehr ansehen

Counterfeit Product!

100% Fakes!

After waiting for 2 weeks for delivery, it finally came, but without a doubt these are counterfeit products.

I purchased a Stanley from another reputable retailer, and the ice stays frozen for well over 10 hours. With this one, I am lucky to have it for over 1 hour. This feels lighter and cheaper than my other one, the straw is different and the finish on the handle is shocking too.

Don’t be tempted because there cheaper, this are rubbish!

Stanley bottle

Ordered a Stanley bottle. Unfortunately the product is faulty and I’m not 100% sure it’s genuine I have emailed but not response.

Ordered an ‘air up’ but it was not in…

Ordered an ‘air up’ but it was not in fact an air up and took an age to arrrive. Hugely dissapointed child. I contacted for a refund no response or explanation.

I then tried the bottle and filled it and it immediately leaked so not for for purpose. It’s not a cheap product to buy but the product itself is poor quality and falsely advertised. Very dissapointed

This was absolutely ridiculous

This was absolutely ridiculous. This company is a SCAM. They place the fake bottles on the listings and take images from the real websites. The bottle took absolute AGES to shop from Hampshire which is a one hour ride away. When filing for a return, the company IGNORED me despite me emailing at least twice. This company didn’t even try to make the fake look and feel real. Not double lined, opening mechanism is cheap quality and this is absolutely ridiculous. Buy from here if you wanna get scammed, otherwise I would recommend avoiding this preposterous organisation, what a waste of 30 pounds.

Scam company fake items

Ordered a Stanley cup. Arrived 3 weeks later from China obviously a fake. Attempted to arrange return via email and phone- no reply either way. Customer service telephone mailbox full unsurprisingly. Ended up getting money back through credit card company. 3 months later I get a random email from Stroid stating my purchase was unsuccessful due to a problem with my payment method!!

Counterfeit products!!

Counterfeit products!!! I ordered the Stanley carry all and received a totally different colour! Order # 29135! I tried contacting them severally with proof to show this in order to return and not met with any response! Returning to address on their website! Thank God I ordered with Klarna so I can get my money back but wish I had read these reviews before I ordered!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Edited 16/05/25:-A week or so later after emailing these imbeciles like a mad person almost every single day, I finally got a response from the owner or whoever he is named Zack and he sends me an address in which I am to return the item to with my own money for a refund and this quack has the audacity to ask me to amend my trust pilot review which is nothing but the truth, as the evri tracking clearly shows the item was delivered which is now 2 weeks ago and can you believe the refund still hasn’t been initiated (even after being told that they will do so)?!! I mean what a nightmare!!! Wish I hadn’t bothered! This company has made me learn a huge lesson!!! Don’t buy from this company!!! I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY… more like crooks!! They’ll just steal your money and waste your time!… they don’t care about customers and have extremely terrible customer service! One of the worst “companies” I’ve ordered from, if not the worst!… it’s better to order from the bigger retailers and spend the money cause you know when you order something, you will get it in days as opposed to being shipped a product from china or whenever it came from which took weeks and if you initiate a return/ask for a refund, you know you will get it in days unlike these quacks!… Please just stay away!!! Absolute crooks!!! Karma will come back to you thieves!!! You reap what you sow!!! Do not buy from this “company”!!! You have been warned!!!

FAKES…

After reading the reviews I didn’t have much hope.
Waited well over 3 weeks or more and it turned up first glance all looks fine but since after comparing to my REAL Stanley this website is selling FAKES!
AVOID UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO PAY £35 for a fake

I received a poor quality product…

I received a poor quality product compared to an original one, you can see that it is a very poorly achieved copy.
The plastic, the straw scratches my mouth when drinking, it doesn't keep the heat or cold. A scam!
My fault for saving me 10 measly euros. I don't recommend buying here

Do not waste your money

Please do not waste your money by ordering from this company.
My order has not arrived.
No replies to emails.
No pick up when calling their number.
They have put a reply to my first review stating the order has been delivered.
No tracking reference number has been offered!
Go to the genuine Stanley website instead

BEWARE - COMPANY DISSOLVED!

If only I had taken the time to read the reviews...doh! Placed an order and they have taken my money, but based on other reviews only time will tell if a product shows up and if so whether it is genuine.

What's telling is that the website domain is owned by Stroid Ltd which according to Companies House was dissolved on 25th February due to "compulsory strike off".

Given all the above...AVOID!

You replied saying “incorrect information” - which bit is incorrect and why?

Faulty product received

Faulty product received. Been trying since December to get in touch with Stroid - have emailed and called so many times but nothing. Avoid them, they just want your money, zero customer care and their products are terrible quality!

Has not turned up and no reply to any emails!!

Edited - firm finally replied yesterday! Yes it arrived in a damaged box with no mention or reply to my emails. I ordered it 8 weeks ago and you could have clearly sent me a refund when I asked you where on earth it was! You clearly take peoples money and then may or may not deliver depending on what you feel like.
