Excellent training and trainor. Roy Duthie is our trainor and he is very good, knowledgeable skillful and very engaging. Roy is also a funny trainor. We have learned a lot of physical and practical skills how to de escalate situations physical aggression. Highly recommended training. This is very useful to become street smart.

Roy Duthie clearly has so many real life experiences and used realistic scenarios that made the training feel relevant from situational awareness in public spaces to basic self-defence concepts and conflict avoidance.
