Trainer Roy Dughie, very informative and friendly. Went through all of the different practices at a good pace, making sure everyone understood it and was able to perform each move safely.

Really enjoyed our session with Roy, he has taught us many techniques that will support the care we give vulnerable kids in ed.

Came to the de escalation course as nhs member of staff for east and north Hertfordshire nhs trust , Roy duthie was the trainer for the de escalation training and it was very interesting , we could have had a bit more ptactical training, the course kept me engaged fully and have taken away a lot of information to use in my current job role

Roy Duthie, was a fantastic instructor, delivered the course in a friendly and professional manner. Very easy to follow and helped give me a better understanding of the options available to me in self defence situations in my job. Only thing I would change is more practical activities.
