Great service, delivery guy very friendly. We had a little bit of trouble doing the sliders for top ledges but after asking son, we managed to get it all together. Love it, and would recommend to anyone who is into crafting !

I have ordered from this company previously but this time used the White Gloves Service very speedy and set up the furniture in no time and left everywhere very tidy would recommend and certainly buy from them again!

I bought my unit at the Festival of Quilts. The salesman was helpful and the whole transaction quick. Information on delivery was accurate apart from a sudden change in times overnight on the day of delivery. It went from 3-5pm to 00:45 -02:45am the same day. That had clearly passed so I thought maybe it was intended to be 12:45-2:45pm. That meant I changed my plans for the day. There was no number to call only email which would have been too slow. As amI had good tracking of the delivery. Once the driver had done his first delivery the timing reset to 3-5. This was all because he had delighted another customer by delivering a day early. Clearly the system doesn't allow for drivers to be keen. Shame as otherwise the delivery was efficient and the cupboard went together well. I would buy again and have learnt the idiosyncrasies of the tracking system.

The unit is good quality materials, however 2 bolt holes were not fully drilled out so we had to pick out material in order to secure the bolts. Also the instruction diagrams were confusing for some stages. Apart from that it will be a very useful storage unit for my craft supplies.

Delayed delivery(12 weeks) and then incomplete! Disappointing but eventually pleased with storage unit

This was my 5th item from 4crafts and I have another on the way they such good value for money. The customer service once you get through is really good and they answer emails in 48 hours most times they are helpful.

I purchased my Knightshayes through Sewing Street in March 2026. I was excited and really looking forward to the arrival. My invoice clearly states assembly included, Jo mentioned on the programme in March that the Knightshayes comes with assembly included. At NO point was it mentioned it was for mainland only. Which totally caught me off guard. No mention of a delivery date, it just turned up on 7th July, good thing I was at home. For assembly I was expected to pay another £300, basically my Knightshayes was £300 more expensive than folks on the mainland, which was totally unfair. I understand this is the case for everyone not living in England mainland, I feel I should have received some discount if nothing else. Jo even mentioned on the programme in March that she and Kevin were going to Northern Ireland around the time I'd expected to receive my order, for a wee holiday and would help out with the assembly.
My husband and his friend put it together for me. The top strip light had been sited wrong, a replacement was sent. Didn't come with all necessary screws, had to purchase more. Didn't receive anything towards this. I was now out £310.
I would have cancelled the order if I'd been able to purchase elsewhere, but this was what I'd wanted for quite a while so I waited and waited it's arrival.
I am very happy with my purchase, but I am so disappointed in the customer service, I would not recommend storage4crafts, everything went well until I was looking for something that, I'd already paid for, when I emailed inquiring about assembly that's when things changed. I did point out that we still lived in the UK, etc, but it was then that the emails of support etc stopped, not even an expected delivery date was sent to me.
So yes, the Knightshayes is fantastic and I love my new sewing room, however I can't understand why I and others had to pay £300 more just because we are separated by a piece of water from the mainland. I definitely would not use this company again.

I purchased the exford and hart land and are both beautiful very well made and look great filled with all my craft stuff,I ordered the doors as well and it just finishes them off.the only thing I would say is that the handles on the boxes are a little bit flimsy.

Very happy with my cabinet. Very well made and easy to construct. Not put anything In it yet as I’m having a serious sort out.

My smaller version of the one leaf craft table arrived yesterday and I love it! The Devon Oak is such a lovely colour. The table fits easily into the space I have. The boxes give plenty of room for storage. There was a slight delay in delivery but quickly sorted. I am thrilled to bits with the service and my lovely craft table.

Excellent quality. Ordered more straight away.
