El servicio de despacho es espantoso. Vale mucho más caro que el de cualquier otra empresa y demoran de 5 a 10 días hábiles, coas que no te indican al cerrar la compra, si no que tienen escrito en la parte baja de la web pero que uno no lee.
Hoy un servicio de despacho no puede exceder las 72 horas y menos si por una caja de remedio te cobran casi $5.000!!!!!

My experience started very badly. I had a previous chat with another assistant and it was, apart from confusing, very frustrating since, not being able to help me, he gave up doing it. I went online again and Stephany solved my problem. She immediately understood why I had not been able to place an order and he was very happy to help me throughout the process. I would have to say she was extremely patient and helped through the whole setting up an account, the payment process, and helped me with the shipping cost. I couldn't find a specific storage bag for my wheelchair until I discovered that StomaBags offered it. I contacted their excellent staff and they were able to confirm it was the exact bag and get it to me quickly. I could not be happier with their service and products!

I called Stomabags.com and spoke to Edgar Quintero. The reason I called was because when I tried to place an order I couldn't get to my account. After speaking to Edgar he said he would send me a link to get into my account. After speaking to him I waited for the E-mail and it never came. I realized that I set my account up using my e-mail at a former employer. About that time Egdar reached out to me and informed me of the information that I had just confirmed. With Edgars help, I was able to place my order and he was able to get me my order confirmation at my personal e-mail, which was not linked to my account.

Edgars professionalism and his job knowledge literally gave me peace of mind because I knew that the supplies that I need to live my life was on it's way.
