Con artist

HORRIFIC is the only word I can use to describe this company DO NOT USE THEM!!!
They led me to believe that they were my insurance company! And I was in a non fault accident and they are trying to get money from me as the third party won’t pay for the hire vehicle they are absolutely horrific and vile sent me to a debt collector for £15000 absolute joke of an establishment

I wanted to share my sincere thanks and appreciation to the whole team at Stocalfe Response for the exceptional way they handled my recent no-fault RTC. From start to finish, the process has been seamless – I genuinely can’t fault their efficiency, professionalism, and care.
A special mention goes to Luke, who has been brilliant from the very first day of the accident. He’s been approachable, diligent, and professional throughout, while also bringing a really personable and caring approach that’s made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. Even during his time away from the office, it was clear he’d communicated thoroughly and effectively with Sian and Lewis, both of whom kept things moving and were just as helpful and professional.
You often hear negative stories about insurance experiences during car accidents, but Stocalfe Response have absolutely nailed customer service. I’m genuinely relieved that when I took out my policy with First Central, Stocalfe turned out to be the partner company handling my claim – I couldn't have asked for better support.
From reporting the incident, to the coordination of the hire car, to communications with the third-party legal team – everything has been handled so smoothly. The team took the weight off my shoulders and allowed me to focus on recovering and getting life back to normal.
Huge thanks to Luke, Sian, Lewis, and the wider team – you're doing a fantastic job.

Still waiting

I was involved in a RTC, initial thoughts fantastic company. 2 weeks later I had to call and ask what was happening with my repairs. A delay they said. I contact the repairers and the advised still waiting on authorisation. I then emailed the Managing Director, 20 minutes later I had confirmation the repairs had been authorised. I will wait and see how long it takes to get my car back. Now 4 weeks and still waiting for the repairs to be completed.

I had an accident and Stocalfe helped me. Lewis is my file handler and has been excellent and communicated loads, so has Luke and amber. Sian also set my file up and reassured me instantly.

This is the first time using Stocalfe Response. My case handler was Lewis and he was very helpful, friendly and explained every step. I could not fault this company. Lewis was fast and efficient with what was needed to be done. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very great service
