I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Stocalfe Response following my non-fault accident. They called me very quickly after the incident, which instantly put my mind at ease. A courtesy car was delivered within just two days – and that included a weekend – which was incredibly convenient and meant I wasn’t left stuck without transport.
My own car was collected and taken for repair within four days, and everything was explained to me clearly at every step. The team were friendly, professional, and always happy to answer any questions. I was kept fully updated throughout the whole process, so I always knew what was happening and when.
Overall, the experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. I’m genuinely very impressed and extremely grateful for how well everything was handled. I would definitely recommend Stocalfe Response to anyone needing help after an accident – outstanding service from start to finish! 👏🚗✨

State of loan vehicle …
The only problem I have is the condition of the hire car I was given. The inside was very dirty. I had to put water in the radiator and the screen wash also the tyre pressures were showing on the dashboard to be low. I I feel that the vehicle should have been checked before being released for use . The guys at Stocalfe Response were extremely helpful and very helpful. Apart from the loan car they were extremely helpful and professional.

Stocalfe handled my no fault claim tremendously during this stressful and anxious time in my life I can’t fault at all how they have been super helpful and very reassuring from providing a suitable hire car and dealing with all matters to the best of their abilities I’m very pleased with how easy Amber (my claims handler) & Simon (who took my initial call) made the process for my myself very friendly team 🙂

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Stocalfe Response while dealing with my no fault claim. They made the whole process easy and stress free, providing me with a car similar to mine to use while my claim was being handled. Extremely professional staff during every encounter I have had. Kept the process swift and easy with minimal disruption. Rebekkah has been amazing from the onset, very friendly and calm in her demeanour.
