We are very sorry about this. IN this case we had a bad lot of prodcut that turned orange???? not sure what happened but we had 12 cases to remove. Your order came in the same time as prior customer complaints. We tried 3 other cans and they were all bad.
YOu are absolutley correct that we should know if we are out The thoer challenge is that SW is struggling to keep up with current demand and so normal 1 week replenshiment times are 8 weeks or more. So normally this would only be a slight delay i am not sure that we have an expected date for this product now,

Terrible they advertise 18 in by 22 in…
Terrible they advertise 18 in by 22 in and the actual cut out is only 14 by 14. Then they tell you the 18 by 22 is the over all sheet measurements because we all give a damn about the full sheet measurements when we only want to use the cut out of the state. I asked for a new one a cut out 18 by 22 and they said they can’t do it but will refund my money. I still haven’t seen the refund. Will never use this company again and don’t recommend it at all unless you want to waste your money.

Hi Joel,
You are correct that our dimensions did not clearly delineate the size of the state versus the size of the stencil. The dimensions were not clear at all.
While this is likely annoying we do have a very large library of products and it is lots of work to get the exact diemnsions of each product. So to just enable us to get the job done faster we do not always have all of the dimensions in there.
We will provide any diemensions people need if they ask and we also will create a stencil of any size the people need as well,

To start it took almost a week to ship…
To start it took almost a week to ship my order then almost a week to arrive, and to find out your company forgot part of my paid order, then it took another week to ship, not next day air to help your paid customer, but 8 day slow ground that I still don't have.
So not happy with your company and will find another company to handle our parking lot painting.

Hi Mark,
I am not completely sure what you mean about the spacing. DO you mean the border around the artwork or that the width of the letters were variable. Also the fonts have a special width between the letters and that can be variable between different letters. IT is complicated depending upon the font. We do have monoblock letters were all are the same width and spacing but are not as pleasing to the eye.
If you are talking about the borders around each letter they should be very similar. we set this border so that you can stencil without getting paint outside of the stencil IN order to build words we recommend using a pencil to set up a straight line and do each letter individually. You can measure the spacing between letters and you can get individual letters and tape them together with the borders overlapping.
If you think the letters were produced incorrectly please send a picture and we will look at them

Carving Words into Rock
My project, creating a 4' X 2' rock sign engraved with fairly large letters, required a stencil with the words to be engraved properly spaced on a durable medium which could be temporarily attached to the uneven surfaces of the rock so I could use it to create painted letters comprising the desired words, allowing me to then incise the letters out of the painted parts of the rock with grinding tools. The durability was important since I suspect that I will need to re-attach the stencil occasionally to ensure that my letter creation is proper.
Stencil Ease's template creation tool allowed me to "size" the letters and words to fit the rock's working surface and their font selection proved adequate for my needs. And I was quite pleased with the durability of their standard stencil medium.
