I am currently staying at my 2nd apartment within this company. I have been really pleased with both properties thus far. Not only are the buildings beautiful but the locations are just as nice. Everyone one involved has gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met and that my stays are comfortable. I highly recommend Stay Sojo to anyone looking for corporate housing. You’ll never want to sleep in a hotel again!

Living in a furnished unit for the last 14 months with another year and a half until the construction project is furnished has been a pleasure, solely because of the people at Stay Sojo. Maintenance is great, property staff is responsive and helpful. Responses to requests for maintenance or regarding any issues are handled quickly, efficiently and in a most friendly manner. Excellent customer service; however, the application process was very difficult.

I have lived in a furnished Stay Sojo unit for the last 10 months and have to say that everything has been great! The unit is complete with everything I could need and more. I have an unusual situation where I commute from another city every other week so each time I stay at the unit my new rental car information has to be registered with the property management. The Stay Sojo team never misses a beat even when I arrive late at night. On the occasions where the unit has needed maintenance, the Sojo team handles it the same day. As I was preparing to move out, they went out of their way to find me a new property and accomodate my needs with respect to changing dates. When I need corporate housing in the future, I will always contact Stay Sojo. Thanks team!

Staying at the elysian was amazing. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, as well as the apartment. Managers are always willing to help assist and get maintenance reports pushed through immediately.

I have lived in short term furnished apartments with Stay Sojo for two years in a row. I highly recommend them! I have had a few maintenance issues, but the Stay Sojo staff handled these very quickly (within 24 hours) even when the problem occurred on the weekend.

Everything was great! The entire staff were so helpful! From Abby and Renee to Melissa. I have stayed with StaySojo before and I remember they had someone named Jason, he was great too!

I have a really bad experience because somehow 1 lady get on my room at 2:30am in the morning and she start telling to get out of my room how she get I'm on my room that was not good I have to leave Chicago because that I was not feeling safe there anymore

Josh at the front desk was always very helpful and courteous. Made the stay very easy with the check in and check out.

All was well! Every necessary accommodation was addressed.

Sojo was great, maintence requests once passed to the complex died on the vine. Case in point, the icemaker.

Other than the apartment complex issues, Sojo handled everything profeesionally, proactively and most importantly, painlessly.

StaySojo was very accommodating and quick responding when something would happen. The furniture and items provided were perfect and very helpful. I realize that this is out of StaySojo's hands, but the Premier Loft facilities itself were sub-par. It was rather gross having to walk to the elevator behind the Thumbs Up kitchen. The concrete was slick as they had poor disposal of their cleaning materials and it always wreaked of bad food.

Stay sojo was committed to my family welfare, just gratitude for letting this time out of home as it was home, excellent furnitures, dinnerware, linen, etc.
