Great 3-Day Paris Experience with Star Tours!
We had a wonderful 3-day Paris trip with Star Tours. A big thank you to Pratik and JJ for making the journey so smooth and enjoyable. They were friendly, well-organized, and always helpful, which really enhanced our experience. Everything was well planned, and we felt well taken care of throughout the trip. Highly recommend Star Tours for a hassle-free Paris tour!

Tour manager (Vikas) was well organized and provided detailed information in advance for the days ahead. Food was excellent. We enjoyed it very much.
There were few inconveniences caused by the buses, particularly the one bus for the first part of New Zealand Tour. That bus was too small and compacted seats. Then the second bus was even worst with broken seats which was quickly replaced with larger bus, causing some delays. Thanks to Vikas (Tour manager) who reacted fast to make that change.
Bus drivers were nice and helpful for loading and unloading our luggage.
Other complaint is very early internal flights and didn't get time to rest.

We had a great UK tour with star tours. Mr Atul , our tour manager, was a nice gentleman explaining well about the places. It was a professional and punctual experience.
Though, There was some communication gap which needs to be improved.
Mr Rajesh from Shiva tours Delhi was of a great help in organising the things.

What We liked:

Food was good but we eaten only Punjabi foods during our trip.
Trip Manager is Very good.

What we disliked:
Internal flights was so early so we didn't get rest properly.
Some buses are not good for sits comfortably.
Sitting arrangement in buses.

Went to Europe tour with Star Tours about 3 months ago. It was fun trip. Booking agent Gunjan was helpful, tour guide Ramakant had planned it well (according to situations) and handled it perfectly, driver Mohsin’s driving was really good as well as his sense of humour! His time to time jokes made long bus rides lively!
Food was delicious! Very beautiful songs played during bus rides!
The lady tour guide (for 2 or 3 hours) at Rome was very good in telling the history with her face expressions, change in her voice tone and hand gestures! Most of time I was just focusing on her story telling skills and tried to mimic her rather then actually paying attention to the history 🤪😀
It was really fun and I made good memories with this trip!
Already recommended Star tours to my friends and colleagues! 👍

Thank you Vikas (Tour Manager)for your excellent service. Overall, We enjoyed the tour. Itinerary was well planned. Food was great. Only complaint is about the inconvenience caused by the small vehicles in Newzealand. Couple of times vehicles had to be changed which caused inconvenience and delay in the tour. Drivers were excellent.Look forward to do more trips.

We are from Mauritius. We made the Paris 3 days trip. Everything was fine!
Tour Eiffel, Disneyland, River Seine, Hotel, Indian restaurant ( Welcome India and the other one) - great great great !
Our tour manager, Mr Stephen - we are grateful to him for spending some very good moments during these 3 days.

Our Tour Manager Stephen (Fernandes) was fantastic — always approachable, super organized, kept us updated at every step, and shared bits of history and background as we passed by monuments. You could tell he genuinely cared about making the trip smooth and enjoyable.

Big shout-out to our Coach Driver Licka too. His driving was safe and steady and he always tried to get us as close as possible to the attractions so we didn’t have to walk too far (a lifesaver when you’ve got toddlers in tow!). He even stood by the coach door to make sure everyone got off safely, especially in busy traffic spots. Thoughtful touches like that really stood out.

The Indian food provided was tasty, and the restaurants were clean and welcoming. Accommodation at Novotel was comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

This was my third trip with Star Tours, and as someone traveling with two toddlers aged 3, I’m always a bit cautious. Yet, Star Tours has never disappointed me – their attention to detail and care for families keeps me coming back.
Looking forward to our next adventure, and I’d be more than happy to have Stephen and Licka as our guides again.

We travel for the 3 days trip to Paris with Stephen and Licka it’s was wonderful experience. All days been planned so well and we had seen all the things which as per plan.
