Do not use
Bought a playsuit. Company using pics from ax paris website. I saw this company selling the item on amazon so thought they may be ok. Item arrived, cheap quality. Have tried to contact them via email as stated to return and have been ignored. I'm now trying to claim through my bank. Wish I'd checked reviews here first. Lesson learnt

Poor customer service
Having ordered some trousers, I didn't like them, so asked to return them (free returns apparently), but the QR code they sent didn't work, so was unable to print a return label, and therefore unable to return them and get my money back. Have been sending messages most days for 2 weeks now, and they just ignore them. Obviously they don't have to refund me if I can't send the trousers back, and if they don't reply to my requests for a return label, they win!
Returns policy is non existent, so be sure you want to buy something from them, as you won't be able to send it back.

Shocking company, do not order from them again. I ordered a Xmas dress and only arrived today after almost 2 weeks. The dress is the wrong pattern and it is more like a tunic than a dress. Poor quality too!!!

I have tried numerous times to contact this company via email as there is no contact number.
My email just keeps getting bounced back all the time.
I ordered a few tops which arrived promptly and on time but unfortunately missing two tops from my order of which I’ve paid for. I still haven’t had a response from this company and no tops arrived.

RIPPED OFF
Ordered item, there was a free item (which I thought was an introductory offer). Placed order, next day the free item was cancelled. So I cancelled my order as the postage was more expensive than the item I ordered. No response from company. Item was dispatched and delivered! I called and was told to message my info and they’d sort it. I did, I’ve been ignored…The item that arrived is paper thin and poor quality and not even worth the price paid! WONT be ordering again!

Clothes are smaller than stated
Delivery was quick, items were easy to order. Clothes are good quality. Only problem, clothes are smaller than stated. I ordered size 26 and the tops are more like a size 22. So just would just size up next time. Happy with my purchases though.
