AWFUL customer service - avoid!
Terrible company.
Bought 2 of the same item in different colours. One was correct, and I love it. But the second was the wrong colour sent (I already have that colour). I contacted them and they said the one i ordered had a bad print quality. I have returned the order to the address stated on the website, although this address has since been removed as far as I can see. I used recorded delivery so know it has been received. They have still not refunded me and it has been months. They have dodged all my emails and chat requests. Only answering about the initial refund after I said I would take them to trading standards. But nothing since then.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am very unhappy with this company!! I ordered a black skull top 💀 15th September 2024 it didn't arrive I was refunded a month later, i also ordered a blue skull top 💀 on the 7th Oct 2024 it didn't arrive!! I was refunded, I don't think this company knows what it's doing!! A complete waste of time very frustrating & inconvenienced me 😡 i message the company asked if someone could contact me to clarify my address, but only received an apology for being inconvenienced, again I asked if they could contact me to clarify the address again I only received an apology for the inconvenience so this company doesn't even know how to read or respond to a message correctly?🤔 I won't ever be ordering from here again. Incompetent Company!! 😡👎

This company should not be trading.
I ordered trousers which were too small and very poor quality. I returned them under their terms and conditions and requested a refund. They came back and offered me a discount if I kept the goods but I told them I wanted a refund. They received the goods back on 29th August and despite many emails, I have yet to have my money refunded almost 6 weeks later. They are an absolute disgrace and are taking customers money under false pretences.

Bought a playsuit. Company using pics from ax paris website. I saw this company selling the item on amazon so thought they may be ok. Item arrived, cheap quality. Have tried to contact them via email as stated to return and have been ignored. I'm now trying to claim through my bank. Wish I'd checked reviews here first. Lesson learnt
