I was notified 2 times that my glasses…
I was notified 2 times that my glasses were ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick them up, I was informed that they were not there and that the system generated the message a day early, so I have to return the next day to pick them up. Why send me a message saying that my package is ready to pick up if it is not ready to be picked up ??

Wonderful & Kind
I've always had the most wonderful and positive experience with each and every staff member. They always are so kind and professional and go out of their way to make you have a really great experience. They are fast and efficient - being able to receive glasses the same day is absolutely amazing. I know there are plenty of Stanton Opticals all around San Diego, but this one by far is my most favorite and the staff truly makes a difference.

A tale of two Locations
We were at 2 of your locations on Tuesday. First Santee, where I could find nothing wrong with the experience. Professional and fast. 5 stars. The other, off of Areo, is a different story. Although the staff was on a whole friendly, the 2 times I have been there have been a negative experience. The first was a week ago, where even though I had an appointment, it took nearly 3 hours to complete my exam and order glasses. The second they could not find my glasses. Although it was rectified, they never said they were sorry, and spoke to each other in hushed tones about my order even though I was standing right there. Uncomfortable and unprofessional.

A female staff was rude
A female staff was very rude. She put a 10:30 am appointment in front of my 10:15am even though I showed up at 10:12am and that customer showed up after me. She lied to me that I would be the next for eye exam when she got that customer for exam first and kept me waiting. When I found out from chatting with that customer’s family member, she yelled at me to interrupt our conversation and kept murmuring about my questioning her for her being dishonest. However, she is indeed not trustable and rude.

They made the entire process easy, from the eye exam to choosing the right frames. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured.

People who help?
Where did all people go? I had a remarkable experience with the doctor and her associates. Very happy! But it fell down for there. I shopped for frames (too big) by myself and made decisions by myself. The upshot is that I returned the first pair because it falling off my head despite several fitting and had another pair ordered.

The service is good
The service is good, but they give a delivery date for the glasses and then don't meet it. You call, they give you a date, but when you go to the store the glasses aren't ready.
