The lens & fitting are not working
When, I went to pick up my glasses. I did tell the the young lady that the glasses were not sitting straight on my nose area.. she tried to fixed the frame and the adjustment did not work.. i am not able to see the screen on my car while I am reading Google maps when driving. I have to take the glasses and manually tilt them to be able to see while I am driving.
That is very unsafe for me. I have partial paralysis my face , right side. I should not be doing these steps while driving. The style of glasses are defected therefore the progressive lens do not sit the same right to left. I called left a message and no one has called me back..
My vision has been impacted enough , therefore the right lens is very important to have.
Not a happy experience.

Order was stated to be ready
Order was stated to be ready, when I went to pick up it was not and I had to wait ~45 Minutes for one of the pairs out of the two I placed. I never received the second pair and they stated that they did not have a record of the second pair. Never shopping here again.

The lens makers are awful
Couldn't get the glasses Rx right at all. Deceptive pricing. There's a small sign as to how the frames are priced, I never saw, it no one told me. I did see it on my second time in the shop. People in the shop are fine

Very quick and easy!
I came here for glasses because my husband used to go here for glasses and contacts. I had my exam done and it was very quick. They had a wide selection of frames and made sure my lenses had everything I needed. The pricing was very good and my glasses were ready for pickup later that evening. I was shocked that they were done so quick. I will definitely be coming back for later exams and glasses.

After 4 weeks I had not received my…
After 4 weeks I had not received my second pair of glasses. No communication whatsoever. I tried to call customer service several times and they didn't even answer. Did not call me back either. I had to go to the store to find out about them. I was told they couldn't find the frame because it was being discontinued. Who leaves frames on the wall that are not available??? I was so upset. Got my money back but not before checking Stanton on the BBB. The BBB won't even rate Stanton anymore! The complaints got so numerous that they dropped their rating. Too bad I didn't check there first. Never would I recommend anyone get their glasses here, but I would definitely tell them to avoid you.
