Everyone was super helpful
Everyone was super helpful, courteous and professional. The wait time wasn’t bad. I didn’t like that I had to text or call my insurance after I got to my appointment to get my coverage and email it over. I felt like that was something I could have and should have had the opportunity to do before hand when I filled out the initial paperwork. The eye glass selection was not wide and the price range lacking, but was ok. Glasses were affordable. I was able to get lenses in my current pare of glasses with little cost, and installed in store, so I could get use to the new prescription before getting my new glasses with progressives lenses. That was helpful and nice to have that option for a small charge. I didn’t like the virtual assessment exam. The person doing the virtual appointment portion went to fast, the technician acted like they didn’t want to slow down and be more efficient, the computer cut out had to rebut a few times, and that part just wasn’t helpful for me. I like having a person there asking me if lines one or lines two is better. Good experience will use again nothing in my review is a deal breaker for giving a second chance.
