Mike and Jacob were both very nice. They greeted me quickly and with a smile. Definitely made my first time experience a good one!

I came into Stanton Optical with glasses that were literally falling off my face and broken. I had honestly been putting off replacing them for a long time because I’m a stay-at-home mom without vision insurance, and it just felt impossible to figure out financially.
Mike and Memory immediately stepped in and treated me with so much kindness and patience. They walked me through every option, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel embarrassed or pressured. They genuinely cared about helping me find a solution that would work for me.
Because of them, I was able to walk out seeing clearly by the end of the same day. After putting it off for so long, that meant more to me than they probably realize.
Mike and Memory are truly some of the sweetest, most helpful people I’ve ever experienced in customer service. Their professionalism, empathy, and willingness to go above and beyond turned something stressful into such a positive experience. They are an incredible asset to your team, and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
Salesmen who do not care about the customer, just the amount of money they can get from you. My script is wrong, can’t even use the glasses. Waste of time and money.

Customer service was amazing got us and took care of business and even stayed late to make sure we got our glasses the same day absolutely cannot beat that experience.

The experience at Stanton Optical was great but was different from what I was used to. I showed up 20 minutes early, filled out some things on a tablet, and they got me in quickly. The glaucoma air test, looking at the hot air balloon and pictures of the eyes were done by someone in the store. What was different for me, anyway, was the actual eye doctor who changed lenses and, had you read the words wasn't in the building. He was on a TV with a camera and mic changing through lenses from his computer. It was still a GREAT experience. It was just something I wasn't used to. I haven't been to a big company eyeglass place before. Maybe this is normal. I always went to just a small one in my neighborhood that took care of me. 10/10 recommend!!
