The staff was wonderful and went far above and beyond to help me and my wife. We ended up purchasing 5 pairs of glasses, and they are all wonderful. Great value and wonderful experience!

I came initially wanting contacts. The young lady that did my exam was so sweet and accommodating. The contacts ended up not working out for me. I called to ask if I could switch to glasses, and Jeffery was amazing. He made the transition seamless . Both employees were knowledgeable, and incredibly sweet. Loved my experience.

Fast!!
It was fast!! My son and I went to do eye exam. There were inly 2 staff there at the time, but they are very official and fast at their jobs. After the exam they said for the 4 pairs(2 for each of us) they would get that ready in about 2 hours and 30 minutes. We left and came back in about 2 hours and the glasses were ready for pickup.

Advertisement says $97 for 2 pair of glasses (I know progressive is slightly more), I made an appointment after talking to person on the phone, person quoted pricing of approximately $137 for 2 pair of glasses with progressive lens, I get to the store and they quote me over $400 to get 2 pair of glasses but with my insurance would only be the $137 with less options on the one pair of glasses. The glasses are not right and due to distance I have not been able to take them back yet and then another trip to pick them up (costly in time and gas). I consider this false advertisement and not happy with situation

I found this company to be completely unacceptable. From there bait and switch tactics to their unrealistic expectations down to their just flat-out lying to me about how things work at that company I was told my glasses would be in in a week it took almost to. I was told by the man that runs the store that he was going to do everything he could in his power to get me my glasses once they came in because I was in a unique situation I was in a market that I didn't live I was in for business and my time was very limited and he said he would work with me on that until he didn't. There was one person at that company in that store that I found helpful I found everyone else that worked at that store to be completely unreasonable incompetent and shouldn't probably be in that industry. I've used Stanton optical before and had a fairly decent experience but at this point I will never ever do business with this company again
