The customer service part of the experience was great! The glasses part, not so much. The distance vision is not much better than my old glasses. And forget trying to work on a computer screen! And the frames are terrible! Unfortunately, when you take advantage of their offer of exam & 2 pairs of glasses, your choice of frames is VERY limited. The nose pads that are built into the frame are awful. I push my glasses back up my nose dozens of times a day. Like the old saying says, you get what you pay for.

Jami the optician was helpful and knowledgeable appreciated her guidance. She listened well and understood what I wanted, offered to check for different colored frames when asked and helpfully explained the differences of the extras I wanted/needed for my prescription. Although it was a bit pricier than I had hoped for, for the two pair I ordered i averaged it out that I tend to keep mine for 2-3 years so not so bad. The glasses came in in just under two weeks, I am satisfied and happy with my purchase.

The level of customer service and care went above and beyond by William Mathews (the store manager) & his team members. After hearing about my past experience at a different location and still not having the correct prescription for my vision, William insisted on doing my eye exam and coaching me through certain parts of it that definitely made a marked difference in the outcome of my results. He gave me THE best advice I have ever received on how to really decide between some of those hard slides of "which looks better?" lol It actually made a dramatic difference! And he caught an issue none of the other eye doctors, nor anyone else has. Also, after telling other doctors and eye places there is something "not right" with my vision as it comes and goes and being told, "you're fine, you need to drink more water" or "that's just age", William and his team took my concerns seriously and quickly found answers. They are great!! I highly recommend William Mathews and his location. You will receive 5 star customer service and great attention to detail.

Go the extra mile in making sure your glasses are what you need. Always friendly and explain any delays. Worked with outside eye doc to get RX correct.

I came initially wanting contacts. The young lady that did my exam was so sweet and accommodating. The contacts ended up not working out for me. I called to ask if I could switch to glasses, and Jeffery was amazing. He made the transition seamless . Both employees were knowledgeable, and incredibly sweet. Loved my experience.

Costumer service at the store was excellent. Service was quick and easy.

It was fast!! My son and I went to do eye exam. There were inly 2 staff there at the time, but they are very official and fast at their jobs. After the exam they said for the 4 pairs(2 for each of us) they would get that ready in about 2 hours and 30 minutes. We left and came back in about 2 hours and the glasses were ready for pickup.
