Chapman highway location is a great store. The staff are amazing. The staff went above and beyond to assist me. They took such care of me, that I will NOT go anywhere else for my eye care needs. They were very professional, kind and understanding. Even with my prescription as bad as my eyesight is, they had to order my glasses, which took a short time to get, they made sure I could see better before I left the store. Unbelievable service. My eyesight is so radical, the difference between my right eye and left eye is off the charts. They made me a pair of glasses that day, just so I could see better upon leaving. It took less than 30 minutes and I had a pair of glasses to help me see until my prescription came in. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs glasses.

I needed glasses the same day as I was traveling and lost my pair. They were very accommodating and took my prescription by fax and completed my order with glasses in hand in less than 30 minutes. They also had a good variety of frames to choose from. It was a great experience!

Was told over the phone I was getting a years worth contacts for a better price. Paid it showed up and it’s only 6 months at 20$ each pack more. Manager points out I paid 600$ last time. Yeah I got glasses too. Won’t be back he treated me like I was stupid but he didn’t read the receipt

The man performing my vision test would stop to check his phone, often in the middle of him explaining something to me. He also tried to over sell me contacts to make my bill $400. Eventually, we got it down to $200 which was still too much when I came in for a simple contact vision test.
