Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I even actually received my order 5 days earlier than estimated.

This was the cheapest deal I could find. Not a lot of choices of frames to choose from. But it's better than nothing. The young girl who did my test did great. She was very nice and explained as she went throughout the the process.

The severe was great I am very satisfied

Drove their from Grainger county specifically to get my glasses the same day and neither pair could be made there. So now have to go back and pick them up. Shouldn't advertise this if its not going to happen.

5 stars for Charity!! We couldnt get the prescription right, Charity took the time to fit me for contacts 3 times and glasses twice. And, with a genuine smile! Charity thank you for making my experience better and that I can actually see!! Thank you so much!

I’m not very happy with my glasses. I paid for tinting on my glasses and I specified that I wanted the top that would tent inside of my car which my new glasses does not do I went to your store. They told me that I would have to take off the glare protection in order to get the tinting protection that I was asking for I paid for both. I’m not very happy.

The level of experience and customer service.

For one, when I called to make the appointment, I specifically asked if they would be able to look at a skin tag growing in my lash line. The man at your call center assured me that they would and it was a "comprehensive eye exam". Turns out, that was a lie. I was told after beginning the exam that no one there could look at or advise me on it. I specifically asked because if i had known you all couldn't and that i was going to have to go to a REAL eye dr anyway, I would have saved my 300$. Second, I wasn't seen until an hour and 45 min AFTER my appointment time. Then after being told this all inclusive exam was 79 dollars, mid way through I was told I have to pay 39$ more for an OCT evaluation. When I tried to decline, the lady told me more or less that "Dr so and so" I forgot his name, "doesn't like to give scripts without this" I don't even know who this "Dr" she spoke of was. She must have had him in her pocket, because I never saw him! So basically I was forced to to pay more if I actually wanted to walk out with my prescription. Seems a bit like false advertisement to me, and I declined and was FORCED to pay for a 40$ machine I didn't want.

Omar is phenomenal! The store was extremely busy but he took his time to help me with my glasses.

I have bought several pairs of glasses at this location and have always enjoyed every experience! The staff is wonderful and are always willing to help in any way—they actually remember me and always provide the best customer service. The glasses selection is great, the store always looks spotless, and the turnaround time is quick. I love going here and will continue to do so!

I am overall happy but I went with the understanding I was getting an eye exam and glasses included which was not the case. Your selection could also use some work.

They charged me 100 bucks to use my own frames that I paid for an brought in on my own n didn't buy them from them n I still got charged for my own frames not kool

The lady who helped me had tremendous patience and did a very good job of explaining the process! I purchased three pairs of glasses. She was kind to me and made my visit enjoyable!

Great place to go. Helpful, friendly, not a huge wait. We were walk ins. My husband and myself and we were taking care of right away. We will keep this as our new eye place .
