The experience was excellent. They reach way beyond measurable, in explaining depricing the examination procedures or each and every II machine did and made my glasses. Within 30 minutes, both pair and with the pricing and 2 pairs of glasses or $79 out the door you cannot beat that anywhere.

First time I went to pick up the…three times to pick up glasses that were wrong
First time I went to pick up the glasses you can see the daylight between the frames and the lens second time I went to pick it up they couldn't get the lenses in the frame third time to go pick it up I was told that quality control was excellent in the manager had went and checked them and everything was great on them and when I went to pick them up I asked what is this half inch scratch Mark or something and she says oh that's just where the ground the glasses down and I said ma'am how come I had to find this I thought you'd went through and checked them well I guess I need to get new glasses and I didn't take these off and I looked at the flat area and I said ma'am again if you went through these glasses why did I find it well that happens sometimes to classes that come in so basically she didn't check them they're all she got her pair of glasses from Stanton too and they were screwed up

They were both very knowledgeable and helpful in affordability. Nicole was very good with making certain my glasses fit perfectly when they arrived. She answered all my questions and gave me beneficial feedback on the care of my new glasses. She also instructed me if I had any problems, she was there to assist me in the future. Waited Patiently while my daughter had a small breakdown in the middle of exam. Was not a fan of the repeated question one or two. LoL. She would rather just have someone look at her eyes and say ok got it.
