I came in 5/25/2026 and ordered…
I came in 5/25/2026 and ordered glasses. I told them I could only afford standard glasses. My insurance covered my glasses but when I got to the counter the lady told me my total was about $80. I told her I can't afford that and I thought my insurance covers the glasses. She then took something off that lowered my price to about $35. I agreed to move forward and buy the glasses. She offered some lense cleaner and I told her I already have some at home. She then says "you know you can buy some cleaner" I told her I didn't have it. It's literally only me paying my bills I don't have it like that. She told me they could make the glasses in about 20 mins. Well then she said they didn't have the lenses and it would be 3-4 days and that they would text/email me. I called yesterday (6/4/2026) almost 2 weeks later and was told the glasses were done and I could pick them up. I never got an email/text and it took more than 3-4 days. I believe it was b/c i couldn't afford additional stuff other than the standard lenses. I do not think its far at all. I will not come back to this establishment ever again. This is unacceptable.

The quality of my glasses are minimal…
The quality of my glasses are minimal at best. At pickup was not offered any assistance with fitting or adjustments. I've been a Stanton customer for a few years, the Spartanburg location has way better customer service and support. An the price for these new pair of glasses was higher with less options than Spartanburg store.

The 3 employees that have helped me have been amazing. Janay was privy to me not being happy and took time to look up and gather multiple pairs of glasses. She also allowed me to try them on and her give feedback. That was just what I needed to find my favorite pair!!!
