Frankie and David were so awesome at helping me get a pair of glasses. I will be back to get more and for my family. They have better discounts than any other eye place I have been too! I am so grateful for all their help. They even explained things to me in detail so I could understand all my vision problems. They also have excellent customer service when you call to set up an appointment. And! Some frames and lens if in stock you can get that day made. So that was a game changer. I used to wait up to 2 wks to get my glasses.

I have been to this location years before for my two girls that need glasses. This time it was my turn. Customer service is impeccable. Turn around time for my two pairs of glasses was amazing. Will go back and will recommend.

Destiny helped me she was absolutely…
Destiny helped me she was absolutely amazing. She’s so patient. I’m a crazy person. I ask 1 million questions and some questions I ask more than twice cause I can’t remember the answer. I’m very fast and she kept up with me. Destiny was the right person to help me she’s super sweet super patient. She knows all the answers and she’s got great advice and a great opinion of her own on glasses. There was also a gentleman there, but I can’t remember his name, but he was also amazing. He was very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place and go back.

Great customer service
Reasonable prices, great staff, interesting process (partially tele health). The online appointment booking is not really adhered to. But I was there a total of 2 hours and walked out wearing my new Rx!

My doctor was very helpful. Explained everything to us (like how the process goes, price breakdown and club details) it was our first time there and I will be back for my future glasses and contacts!

My walk-in experience
David helped me today with my walk-in. I had an issue with my glasses and he was exceptional, he listened to my concerns and doubled checked my prescription and found out that my glasses had the wrong height on the lenses because I was within the warranty period he put in an order for a new set of glasses. He was very professional and courteous during the entire visit. I will and would highly recommend David and Stanton Optical to anyone for their customer service and support.
