Destiny was real nice and very helpful. I just wish we had been shown the frames for 2 for 79 bux. We weren’t expecting to pay over 300 bux. I love my glasses tho! The frames I picked are beautiful!

my contacts took 2 weeks longer than promised. I received no update until I called, then they decided to send auto generated text updates repeating the information I had already received. when I picked up the order, the help and instruction was just enough to get me out the door, in all the experience seemed like i was just a number and not a valued patient.

I did end up getting 2 pairs of glasses I'm happy with. But I didn't really feel like I got the greatest customer service until I was ready to make the purchase of the frames I decided upon. Then I felt like I got plenty of enthusiasm from the main person that helped me. The doctor who checked me out was very kind and professional though.
