Great Experience Overall
Salesperson was down to earth, not pushy, answered all our questions clearly. Installer, Jacob, was awesome! Friendly, great work ethic, a pleasure to have when someone is working in your home. The starlight itself is wonderful for my Dad, even helps get heavy groceries up the stairs lol.

The chair itself functions fine, however, there was a communication problem and after week it is still not hooked up properly.

Professional attitude and installation.
Your service person arrived on time and worked until the job was done. He took time to be sure to explain how the stairlift worked. He was scheduled as part of a two person crew and when the other tech failed to show chose to do the installation himself rather than cancel and reschedule. I appreciated that.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and upfront about the costs. The installers were on time, finished within their estimated time period and protected and cleaned up the areas of the home they were working in. They also provided a quick review of operating instructions that wer very easy to understand.
The stairlift is very easy to use and has been functioning very well in the time we have had it- about one month.

Salesman was polite answered all my questions and concerns. He was very thorough with his calculations and measurements for my curved staircase.
Installers were punctual and worked efficiently to install my chairlift. They gave me an opportunity to try the lift and answered all my questions with clear instructions. They left their work area tidy.
